I walked into the store with no idea how to start to furnish my living room. I walked out with a plan, two pieces chosen, and a broad smile on my face. Max Riddle and Lisa Hagen asked the right questions to help me find furniture that fit my lifestyle function, comfort level, personal style, and budget. I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

Was ready to buy a new recliner on there 30% off Labor day sale. When I inquire about delivery or can I just pick it up from the store myself? Sales person said you may as well have it delivered to your home because it is coming from Bolingbrook and its $100 for delivery to your home or to our store. I responded no matter what I have to pay an extra $100? The sales person said yes. So much for there sale. How many different Peoria area people have furniture on that truck each paying $100? I ended up going to Ashley in East Peoria finding a really nice well made recliner and a kitchen table and chairs for a really good price. I explained the delivery policy of LazyBoy and the sales person could not believe they were doing this. Since we purchased two different items Ashley gave me an extra $85 off with no delivery charge.

Max Riddle was very helpful. Did a good job of explaining the benefits of the furniture we were interested in, without trying to apply any pressure to buy it. We ultimately bought the sofa and a chair, and likely will return to get another chair.

Walked in and immediately greeted. Described what we wanted and taken to the display models. Max pointed out the features and color selections. Very friendly and pleasant experience.

Max Riddle was a pleasure to work with! Personable, informative, and relaxed. He allowed us to make our decision without pressure. Even after our purchase was complete, he continued to answer questions and assist us. This was a great experience, and we look forward to “needing” additional La-Z-Boy furniture for other rooms.
