I love this place and shop there all the time, but they are their own worst enemy. I called to place an order for four party trays. I was put on hold, and no one ever picked up the phone. I hung up and went to the Hy-Vee website. The Hy-Vee website is much easier to order from. Kroger, you can do better! You just lost a $250 order because your website is terrible, and your employees need better training. Please fix this!

I buy a 15 pound prime rib for Christmas every year but this year I told the guy at the meat counter this one looked small but he insisted it was over 15 pounds. It was 11 with the Styrofoam and wrap on it. I paid for 15 pounds and now will be short for Christmas dinner.

Nobody would and should pay for that $50 bouquet of roses. You are out of your mind. Everything else is affordable.

Great place to shop literally had everything but the only downside it's SO packed cuz everyone goes there Imma guess and the self checkout is annoying and tweaks out sometimes but overall a good experience

Fresh fruits and veggies for all your needs to make a salad or grab one on the go. This one is a good choice. It was really good and no dressing was needed. The price was fair.

No checkouts open. What a mess. See that a lot here. 1/2 self checks down and won't open any other lanes.

My wife and I have been shopping this store for over 20 years, with mixed feelings every time we go, today was the straw that broke the camel's back, 9:20 on a Friday morning, only self check lanes open, my wife went to the office and asked about opening a check lane because we had a 358.00 dollar order, and when someone finally talked to her she was told that maybe after 10:00 am they would open one, besides us there were 4 other people wanting a chech lane, needless to say we left our cart and headed to another store. I counted at least 5 workers standing in the front of the store doing absolutely nothing, this Kroger must be doing a lot of business to turn away our 1400.00 a month that we use to spend there and won't go back, one of the workers in the front looked like one of the managers that was heading to the back to avoid confrontations with customers. Anyone out there with a background in grocery managing should apply because there are only 2 employees that work there that seem to care one is Karen and the other one works in frozen foods and I don't know her name. Twenty years of business is enough for me Goodbye.

Decent selection and price, but.....
If you want to get thoroughly pissed off, go through their checkout with a lot of items. Anybody that shops there knows what I'm talking about.

My husband, daughter, son and myself went last night, everyone was very nice polite… until we got to the register. We checked out Eli, the cashier told us our total, paid with our card and we walked out. Got out to the car a realized we didn’t get our receipt, so I went in and got it. The bag boy wouldn’t look at me and couldn’t find the cashier so someone else grabbed it for me. On the way home I was looking over my receipt and notice 5 snickers bar that none of us checked out with and that our total was about $7 more then he told us. we get home check all the bags, no snickers bars, so my husband drives back to the store. Ends up talking to I believe her name was Debbie in the front and she kind of blows them off refunds us the money. Moral of the story make sure you’re checking your receipt before you walk out and we will never be going back.
