This is one of the better Kroger stores in Peoria. Good variety and well stocked.

Rudest Kroger in town. If the kids who work there aren't giving you attitude it's the older employees. I'm so sorry I tried to hand back a bag that appeared abandoned in self check only to have two young employees rip my head off. Honestly the only reason I even drop by is because they have items there that the other krogers don't. Would leave zero stars if I could. I've also had an employee slam her butt into my bags in the self check and knock everything to the ground. Learn how to take pride in your jobs, maybe try this old timey idea called customer service?

Your store has the worst pharmacy, I called four times to be told they don't have my refill after my doctor told me twice they called it in and followed up. Then today go to another pharmacy just be told that your pharmacy filled it. Called to confirm then three minutes later got told they don't have my medication in stick to fill, you are the worst. I have had refills sent there and never get notified for puck up then they expire, your staff is rude as well. NO one should go to this pharmacy.

In the aftermath of Covid - when stores like Walmart are utterly derogating their pickup customers - this Kroger location is treating their pickup customers with Respect.I will occasionally attempt to shop in this store, but since Kroger Corporate had them play "Hide&Seek" with all their center aisles (thinking if they move EVERYTHING around, gullible shoppers will go to the exertion and time to FIND their regularly-shopped items) customers like me (disabled, older with expendable assets) probably went across the street to shop at the nicer Hy-vee.However, the pickup option is Kroger's Saving Grace for this location(even if the Sapheads at Corporate don't acknowledge it!!) I can still go to the Kroger Website (NOT the Kroger app... ALSO completely destroyed by Corporate Sapheads) and find my favorites, along with some weekly bargains. Then the lovely pickup department finds my car (30 minutes sooner than they do at Walmart) treats me Respectfully, and loads up my car.The amazing young man who helped me yesterday was an example. Absolutely freezing temps, brutal windgusts, and this young man is out there loading up cars in a wonderfully organized manner. Courteously, and yes cheerfully!!!Amazing!

I was profiled by the old man in the meat department. Then he refused to sell me fish claiming there was a certain amount and he couldn’t. COVID restrictions no longer exists in this store. Really was displeased and uncomfortable. It happened today. I don’t recommend this this store location.

I haven't shopped at Kroger in years. I usually go to Walmart, but after seeing their commercials about their fresh inspected fruit. That is a bold face lie. Almost every fruit I picked up was either badly bruised or spoiling. I decided to buy 2 grapefruits. I cut the grapefruits the next day and they were already rotten on the inside. Do you know how bad grapefruits have to be to rot on the inside. No more experimenting. Back to Walmart

The worst Kroger's I have ever been in in my life the food at lunch time was very minimal five six pieces of chicken to pick from mashed potatoes or old you could tell they hadn't been stirred and probably 20 minutes the gravy same thing nasty film all over it what they had for macaroni and cheese was so dry it looked like it'd been sitting there for days and finally after waiting 10 minutes got someone to come over and gave me two chicken breasts and banana pudding and chicken breasts were so overcooked and dry I threw them away the only good thing was the pudding to registers open slower than molasses in February even slower than bartonville and that is saying something I will never shop or eat or get anything from this place again
