Jeremy Schneider at the Peoria Branch worked with my wife and I to come up with a new design for our kitchen. He worked with us for months to revise the design and wound up supplying all of the materials we needed to complete our project. All were on time, undamaged and complete, including new cabinetry, crown molding, tile for the backsplash, hardware and quartz countertops & sink.The project is now complete and we can say we are 100% satisfied with the service KBL and Jeremy have provided for us.

Good place to shop for items though not good for employment opportunities. They say if you are a no~show to a interview or work they will report a negative response to the unemployment office. That's a nice threat to ruin your work history.

First time here...can't believe how large fit is and the selection. Had a really experienced sales rep that answered all my questions. Their website was also easy to use with even more options. Great local non box store.

Very helpful staff in our quest for Adirondack style rocking chairs. None on the premises, but a call was made to a supplier in Missouri to confirm a substantial lead time if ordered. Lots of other really good stuff to look at while walking through the store. Pay'em a visit!

They do sell some quality products. We bought a ceiling fan from them and the glass came broken. It has now been 8-9 months and still no replacement glass piece despite them stating they would correct their issue. Mind you this fan was delivered by KBL broken directly to our house do to our order. We contacted Ed Cooper and the first time he stated he just forgot to order it. Now another 3 months later since we last spoke to him and still no replacement. We have had no reasoning from KBL on why we aren't getting the damaged piece replaced. Do not go here if you expect them to provide any customer service or correct their mistakes.

We had a custom home built and ended up here for our fireplace pick. We wanted a natural fireplace, which are becoming scarce, most people want gas and a lot of retailers are phasing out natural. So for the price, KBL in the Peoria area was the better choice. Not a huge selection, but again, they are being phased out on the natural fireplaces. My Husband and his Brother did the installation themselves bc KBL's guy was having surgery and doing it ourselves saved a lot on labor. Kevin at KBL was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build. He also promised to take back whatever parts we didn't need after the installation....and he did. We are now having some warranty work and we feel confident it will all go fine. KBL is lucky to have Kevin!

I purchased several items at KBL. Will not purchase again. I bought an expensive hutch to keep glasses and dishes in my dinning room. Every time I open the hutch all the glass clings together and the whole thing shakes. I called and talked to them about it a couple times and they won't do anything or stand behind their product.

We had a great experience picking out two chandeliers for two different homes. Tina provided excellent customer service which is very hard to find these days. KBL has a great selection of unique lighting fixtures unlike you will find anywhere else.

Needed plexiglass panes for my Hanover Lantern lamp post. Tina was able to order them and when they arrived with clips but not screws, she hunted some down for me. Excellent service.
