I bought a 100 dollar vape unit about a week ago. I drove home and realized that the sales lady hadn’t given me my battery for the unit. Back I go to get battery. Then when I go to use one of the coils out of the pack she sold me. She said these are the right coils but not even close. Then I go back tonight to exchange the wrong coils for the right coils i had to buy the right coils because the one I had taken out of the pack I hadn’t thought to bring with me. Then I get home tonight and guess what? Wrong coils again. When I call back to tell him he gave me the wrong ones he didn’t care and wouldn’t give me anyone manager or higher up to talk to. So tomorrow I have to drive back too joys. Again. To try and get the right ones. Tonight I actually gave the clerk the coil that came with the unit and he still gave me the wrong ones. Right now I’ve spent forty bucks on coils and I still can’t use my expensive vape unit. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and spent thousands of dollars with joys. But I will definitely have to start going somewhere else after this experience. And after I had rebought what I thought was the right coils earlier tonight. The cashier asks me if I wanted too take the coils that I had previously bought home with me. I said “yes I paid twenty bucks for them. I’m sure not giving them to you.”

This place is great. They've got a whole lot of different kinds of vapes and "tobacco" accessories and pieces. It got a 4 star because yeah they might have a lot of vapes but, not as big of a flavor section as I've seen at other stores
