I went into Journeys today and was basically ignored by everyone until Lene came in. she was super super helpful and responsive, and you could definitely tell she knew her stuff! she is the only reason i would return to the peoria location.

The sales personnel were awesome! They were attentive to every customer. Very pleasant and helpful. Its been awhile since we've had good service at the mall, so this was a really welcome change!!!!! We'll be back! Thank you!!!!! Great job.
