Great place to buy mods coils and juice. Staff is very knowledgeable about your needs. They have a good selection of single and double battery mods. Also a great almost of disposables are available. They also has a good selection of tanks and coils.

Not very good, sold me a vape that has pods because they don't carry any DIY stuff, and the pods they sell me have a ~30% chance of not working right out of the box, and they said they don't do refunds. It kinda feels like im getting $5 stolen from me every time it happens. JJ Vapes is lucky that im literally addicted to their product.

Not the JJs that I had shopped in the past. Though the Young man that waited on me was very helpful and informative and patient . Unfortunately the young woman (I assume the manager ?) Came from the back and interjected herself into the conversation / sale. Down hill from there - suggest keeping her and her attitude in the back. There wasn’t anyone else in the store - yet My presence was obviously interrupting her peaceful day. I made my purchase from the young man. I won’t be back.

A great place to shop for your basic vape essentials, they offer a great variety of vape juice, however it's not all encompassing. This being said, prices are great and the employees are greater.

I used to order ALL my vaping supplies through the mail. I'm so happy JJ Vapes opened a Peoria location! Great service, professional, and cheaper- not to mention I don't have to wait anymore!!

Great staff and store. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I have been going there for 5 years and the same staff have been there consistently. They go out of their way to help you and make sure you get what you need or something close. Sure, you can get it cheaper online but why not support local and see a friendly face too.

I came into the store with my mask on, lowered it for a moment while looking through the catalog and was rudely told to put my mask up. I looked around the store and at least 4 people either didn't have a mask on or had it down. I understand the safety concern yet staff should inform ALL customers.In truth the clerk was irritated I was finishing a phone call when I came in even though I immediately apologized for being on the phone when he approached me. I'm giving 3 stars only bc the young man who actually waited on me (Tyler) was very knowledgeable, great and respectful.

I visited the store just before closing. Drove 30 minutes from another town to reach the store. Went to buy vape for my son. Was denied a sale because I spoke about my son. I told them I am buying the vape, and it is for me. I'm 67 years old. They denied me to purchase it. I explained that I have a sleeping child in the car, and I'm from another town, and I need to get this taken care of today. I was denied the sale.
