I went to get my hair cut by Anna and I had the worst hair cut experience. It’s clear she does not have any basic knowledge on how to cut hair. She did not use a comb at all other than combing my hair once in the beginning. She didn’t level my hair and the only tools she used were scissors. She didn’t part my hair to give me the layers I requested and she didn’t shape my hair correctly either. I had to point out that my hair was uneven in places so that she could fix it. My 5 year old could have done a better job.

Called Friday morning for wash, trim and blow dry and got in at 11am. Audrey my stylist was great! Thanks Audrey!

I got my hair straightened by Ciara , \\u0026 I don’t know if she didn’t use protectant but, she destroyed my hair in the back is completely heat damaged. I tried to fix it myself but I’ll probably just have to cut it off. I’m so sad about this.

Ciara did a great job with my relaxer. It had been several months since my last touch up but she did a great job! Employees social distanced and all wore masks correctly which made me feel safe.

I had the worst experience ever at this salon. They never even apologised and they had not one but 2 seperate opportunities to apologise. I just hope the lunatic stylist I had doesn't work there anymore and hopefully a new manager as well. If you want to go to a jcpenney salon go to a different one. I'm not being mean I'm being serious it was awful.

Just go somewhere else, I certainly wish I had. Color wasn't anything close to what I wanted. I guess the stylist just really liked my natural color....well I don't and when I show a picture of a FULL HEAD OF BLONDE hair, I don't want blonde(almost green) highlights, I want a full head of blonde. I am absolutely crushed and on top of that the cut is atrocious. When I stated that it's way darker than I wanted and I didn't want my natural color at all, it's like what I said flew over her head and she couldn't hear me at all.

I went 3 hours before closing time and was told by a stylist who was playing on her phone that they were closed. Not cool, I mean at least stay true to your posted hours...

My daughter had an appointment at 1:15 and I understand things happen but almost an hour later and we are still sitting.. And I'm ONLY still here because she was really looking forward to getting her hair silked.. After talking to the stylist we learned she was double booked.. I still give the salon itself 1 star but Audrey was very apologetic and was very friendly..

I had to make a last minute appointment on Friday morning (which is the busiest day). I called and Ms. Audrey told me come on in and she was able to get me in and finish in perfect timing. Not only was she so kind to take me in but had me laughing and smiling throughout the entire appointment. She did such a beautiful job! Will definitely request her next time I visit.
