Aaron never disappointed, and our experience with Amanda in service is just one of the reasons we continue to come back to Jaguar. Needed recall, and emergency warranty work performed on our 2021 F-Pace and all the Jag Dealers within 2 hours of our home in Indiana were booked out over a month. Jag-Peoria scheduled it in within a week and took care of everything in 1 day. Considering that the Indy Dealer where we bought the car had it for over a week just for a few recalls and a oil change, we were more than impressed with the service experience at Jag-Peoria. They handled everything in a professional and timely manner, and most importantly they do not over booked their service dept to make sure everyone gets timely service. They now have all our Jaguar related business even if they are almost 3 hrs away.

Doug and his team have always gone the extra mile for their customers, and represent what Jaguar \"used\" to be. Every other dealership has always fallen short since I moved away from the Illinois area. I now live in Wisconsin, but if distance was no issue I'd be here every time I need dealer service. Other dealers typically treat me like any other customer when it comes to explaining vehicle maintenance. I should note I worked for one of the Big 3 automakers who sold to Tata, and am very keen on paying experts to be experts. Doug and the team have always been pleasant, prompt, and great at communication and have assigned those experts to work on my vehicle. Every other dealership since then, has not. I just do my own work now, but I will miss JLR Peoria.

From the time we step in until we step out, the management is very professional and over the expectations of interior, hospitality. I brought my RangeRover sport HSE Supercharged and Jaguar XJL Portfolio from this store in 2016. Since then both my boys service periodically happened at this store. Aaron Nauss, the service manager is outstanding with his communication to understand the need of ours AND what my boys need help.

Purchased a Defender over the phone and shipped to Los Angeles. Had a little hiccup with trying to get my new Defender registered in California but the manager Phil L. stepped in and got the ball rolling for me all the way up to Corporate in the UK. Phil is a A true car guy with excellent customer service skills.

I had been looking at several cars before coming to my decision to get a Jaguar F-Type R. I was 100% satisfied with the professionalism shown by the General manager, the finance team, and most importantly the salesman Aaron Jones. If you are looking for a Luxury car and want to give your business to people that treats you like a customer should be give this team a chance, they won’t let you down.
