Checked in upon my arrival and was called in about 5 minutes to a room. Eye doctor came in about 3 minutes later. He reviewed my record for changes & then tested my eyes. Discussed results of my exam, then sent me to pick out the new frames I requested. They will mail my frames with updated prescription, as I requested. I love my new glasses, and the change in my prescription really helps a lot. Thanks Illinois Eye Center for getting me in so quickly for my eye appointment and then for sending my new glasses with the updated prescription so quickly.

I went in for my annual eye exam and had several questions about Lasix, lens replacement and contacts. Dr. Crowe was very thorough and gave me several options on eye care. She explained the pros and cons of each choice.

I had LASIK surgery at IEC with Dr. Pike. From the consultation to the day of the procedure, everything was smooth. I appreciate Gracyn answering all my questions leading up to the procedure. I especially appreciate Dr. Pike and Jess as during the procedure I panicked and was sure I couldn’t go through with it. They were both incredibly patient with me and were not pushy at all. Jess was a trooper holding my hands during the procedure. I know she couldn’t not have been in a good position to do so. And Dr. Pike verbalized everything that was going to happen and what to expect through the whole procedure. Thank you for your patience.

This place should be shutdown. Heading people in like cattle. Made my parents wait 3 hours. The service was terrible. He saw Dr. Sachin kalarn. And he didn't even look at his eyes till 3 he minutes after he dilated them. Also no warning at all that my dad's eyes would be dilated. They don't deserve 1 star

Always a good experience here! My doctor had an emergency so I was given to another doctor and didn’t have to change my appointment time which I appreciated. Both retina specialists I’ve dealt with are competent, caring and kind. Reception and techs are also very nice and efficient!

It was a great experience. It was my regular yearly checkup. It went very smoothly and in timely manner.Dr. Han makes me comfortable and answered all my questions.Support staff is very helpful and pleasant.

I have been going to Illinois Eye Center for years. I am a complicated case. Three retinal detachment at Iowa City about 40 years ago. Since then I have had cataract surgery and corneal transplant here at Illinois Eye Center. Top notch. Highly recommend.

The staff are always polite, professional, and helpful. They also have exceptional knowledge of the various insurance plans and explain your options clearly. I know many people who have had various procedures done without any issues!

Had my first eye injection done. Doctor and assistant were great. Then I had to make another appointment for a month out. I wanted to have it at the Washington location after the first of the year. The receptionist didn't seem to care what I wanted and scheduled me for the Rt 91 location at the end of December. I asked again and was told that's all they have available. She then told me there was something available at the Washington location but it was on January 3rd. I said I'd take it and she said it's too far out. My next injection has to be within a month, 37 days max. I pointed out that it was the 29th of November and that January 3rd was less than 37 days. She didn't care. Terrible customer service!

So worth it. I can’t give enough credit to Dr. Kolettis and his whole team. They were awesome and my whole experience was flawless. I never waited more than 5, maybe 10 minutes max in the waiting rooms. Scheduling was quick. It was so easy to get in for surgery. The information they gave was clear and straightforward. Everyone was so nice. My eyes are perfect, and I wish I would’ve done this years ago. If you’re on the fence, it’s so worth it with this team!

Dr Kolettis has been my eye Dr for a long time and he is very good. He did my Lasik procedure 21yrs ago which changed my life! Highly recommend this if you are able to do it. At my last visit Jacquelyn got me ready for Dr and she was fabulous! I have never had anyone that gave me a lot of info as far as the testing she was doing and she was so pleasant!

I had not had an eye exam in several years. The staff at Illinois Eye Center was caring and thorough. Dr. Alexis Hill answered all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Illinois Eye Center to anyone seeking professional eye care.

Excellent place for Eye care!Staff are very friendly and helpful.Very prompt personal care , which is sadly missing nowadays.Very well managed practice and physicians and staff are fabulous.Highly recommend the Eye Center !

I got lasik done on my eyes after wearing glasses for 22 years. Was the most nerve racking thing to date, all the assistants and Dr. Colettis made it super easy, and comforting. Surgery was a breeze and can now see without glasses on my face. Highly recommend!!

All staff are friendly and the facility is very nice. Dr. Benedict is so great to have as my doctor. He gives me his honest opinion and is genuinely nice.
