The pharmacy has turned into complete utter chaos. It’s obvious no one is being trained to work in this pharmacy. 98% of the works there that are new this years, extremely obvious no one has helped them properly to understand the system. The pharmacists they do have there are moody, rude, seem very clueless, even seeming like they don’t want to be there. Calling the pharmacy is a joke, you either get put on hold forever or they hang up on you or they get basic information from you and tell you about your prescriptions. But when you go in to get said prescription it’s either not there yet or not ready or they sent it out with the delivery driver after you said you don’t want them doing that anymore.
These people that have been working in the pharmacy for over the past years I’ve been living here, don’t listen to you or just listen to what they want and do what they want after. That applies to the people who have been working in this pharmacy for years even before I moved here which it’s been almost five years.
The workers that have been there for years it seems, even when Seth was there are still rude and seem to avoid when people come up to get their prescriptions. When I do come in to get my prescriptions even after I got a text saying it was ready for pick up, I get there around the next day or two and they tell me to wait 30minutes because it’s not ready. This happens 80% of the time when I go in.
Took forever to get them to take me off the delivery list after I found out their driver was signing for my prescriptions and even others, basically trying to act like he dropped it off. Trying to get my prescriptions when this was happening was a disaster. I shouldn’t have had to tell them 3-4 times in the last 3months to take me off the delivery list. Hopefully for the sake of many others that need there prescriptions brought to them, Hyvee will find a more professional, patient and kind delivery driver. This pharmacy has severally gone down the drain and is in complete disarray since Seth left last year. I feel stressed even calling them or going in to talk with them.
Better off switching pharmacies at this point, I should’ve been smart and done it once I knew Seth was gone.

I love Hyvee's donuts but now they are out of my price range. There was a time one donut was $1. Then not too long ago $1.69 which I thought was high. Then I recently a couple weeks found out it's now $1.99 for ONE donut. I can go to KROGERS and get half a dozen for $4.99. The donuts aren't the only thing but that's was why I mainly went to Hyvee. I'll get my donuts from Kroger's and any bakery that's cheaper than $1.99.

They where great but this past month there delivery driver never brings my prescription the pharmacy has no clue why and can't get ahold of driver and some days you call and they put you on hold never come back to the phone or just hang up on you.

First, I want to start this off with I'm overly sorry I recommended Hy-Vee Catering. I went to a wedding where I recommended to the bride and groom to use Hy-Vee for catering. The local one I have near me is fantastic. Lord take the wheel. Let's start with the rushed food prep. Then the cooking of all items from the pork chops to cake. It was an absolute nightmare. The food was all cold. The bride and groom did not pay for cold uncooked food. The baked potatoes were not even cooked through. They also paid for service that didn't happen. The staff that was there were kind. I will NEVER recommend Hy-Vee to anyone else ever again. What a mess they made of that catering. My personal favorite is they started serving wedding cake before the bride and groom cut the cake. SMH. The cakes icing literally was not even set on the bride/groom cake. Can we please get Competence in aisle 1? The kitchen manager said to the bride in a snotty way that I'm sure you'll never use us again. Only to come to the conclusion they would comp the beverages. Get out of town. Why is this person in customer service or food service????? Again what they paid for that meal was not cheap. Thanks for the refund on the one thing that is cheapest to you. No one ate the pork chops or the not cooked baked potatoes. I see that you messed this so sideways. A full refund would not have only been the decent thing to do for ruining the entire meal portion. Also they showed up late. Wtaf?!?!?!

Went to Hy-Vee for their sushi tonight about 7:30pmWalked up to the counter, the guy behind counter loudly sighed and rolled his eyes. Annoying but I could deal with that. The shelf was empty, the woman beside me said he was making sushi and I said I'd swing back around, walked around the store for about 15 mins went back to the counter still empty and same loud side and air fry. Then as I'm walking away, I see he has tons of sushi prepared behind the counter he was just too lazy to put it in on the shelf. Terrible service

I literally HATE talking to this Seth guy at the pharmacy. I hope you end up letting him go because the way he treats people is crazy to me . I don't understand how he is still working with the public in general . TERRIBLE customer service. Definitely going to another pharmacy like he suggested ( before hanging up in my face) after I told him I don't appreciate the way he talks to me every time I call. Hyvee, get him out of there !! He's not a good representation of your company!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always found Seth to be kind, considerate, and helpful. My granddaughter even asks to go see Seth for any vaccination she needs!

Bakery service is absolutely horrible! Ruined my granddaughter' birthday because when I placed the order the lady asked if I wanted to pay now or at pick up and i chose pick up like i do every year and other stores. Day of party, not only no cake but the guy that answered the phone could care less and didn't give a damn or even attempt to help with a alternative, I guess good customer service and value customers is dead. Shame on u Hyvee bakery

I have only stopped here to pick up a prescription for my grandson two times in the last year and both times was told the prescription from the doctor had just been called in two hours later. We will have it ready in 15 minutes only to ask if the prescription was ready 20 minutes later. Then we were just told they will get it mixed up. Really? No customer service at this pharmacy.

Was looking forward to putting some meat on the grill after a long day of painting. Sent to Hyvee Sheridan in Peoria. Picked up a baked potato a stuffed pork chop from the meat case and a 8 oz ribeye. Lettuce in a bag and tomatoes to go in salad. Mouth watering headed home to fix what I hoped to be a great meal. Fixed baked potato and when it was done cut it open to find it was rotten inside. Grilled the stuffed pork chop to find the meat so tough couldn't be eaten. ( have fixed these for years from other shops) and grilled my ribeye to perfect medium rare. The steak had absolutely no flavor. So long story short the raccoon that visits our dumpster tonight will be happy as that's where our food went. Hello cheese sandwich. Very disappointing.

I have been using this pharmacy for years, and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. When I first moved from out of state they coordinated with my doctors offices and insurance (with *very* long hold times) to fill my prescriptions. I'm assisted with a smile, no matter how busy they are. Today pharmacist Doug even saved me $35 on my prescription and helped me figure out how to use my new FSA card. Both him and pharmacist Seth always answer any questions I have about my medications. You can tell their whole team truly cares. Also the text notifications when my prescription is ready are convenient and save me from guesswork and waiting. When I'm feeling unwell there's always peace of mind for me that getting medication to feel better won't be a hassle. I'm very appreciative of their great service and will continue filling my prescriptions here.

They treat everyone with respect. It’s the nicest, most caring environment for everyone who is picking up their medications. They are fast, efficient, and great at working as a team with such a busy pharmacy! You guys rock!!

I was visiting from out of town and didn't really feel like going to a restaurant, so decided to stop at a grocery store. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many food options for takeout. I had no trouble finding something perfect and taking it back to the hotel.
