I ordered a pizza around 8:00pm last night on 10/23/25 to be ready for 8:26pm. I went to pick it up and the guy working went back and got a woman from the kitchen, she was extremely rude and just stared at me. I told her I had an order and she said that she cancelled it right when it came in. I asked why and she said she didn't have any large dough puffed. I told her I didn't receive a call or email and she didn't say anything and stared at the customer behind me, she refused to look at me majority of the time I tried to talk to her. The order is still pending on my bank account, if it gets taken out I will be reaching out for a refund. I really don't think I'll be back.

My call in orders are always made to perfection (Allen Rd.)! Especially when it is the morning/afternoon male cook! Thanks for my always AMAZING garlic cheese breadsticks (w/light garlic butter haha) : )

Hot food prices are insane for the quality. The only good thing is the boneless wings but the price is ridiculous for a 1/4 to maybe 1/2 full container. I’ve been getting lunch here a few times a week for a year and the quality/quantity seems to have dropped off significantly in the last month or two.

Online it says it’s closes at 12. Some nights I get off at 11 and this is the nearest gas station closest to my home and they are always closed by the time I make it home around 11:15.

Do not order pizza from the one on North Knoxville & Alta road. Terrible customer service (the kitchen). Rude didn't offer to remake pizza and went back and said something the lady had the audacity to talk to me like I was a liar. Ripped me off on the pizza and the price of it. They did not offer to make anything right

I don't get my lunch there anymore I don't have that much time to wait for someone to help me at the hot food station. Even with having 10 cents off per gallon for being a member their gas is still higher than most. I just go down the road to save money.

Waited in a line with no cashier for 5 minutes then I get up there and no one in the building knows how to do a propane enchange. They first told me they were out which I know was a lie .. Then they all the their hands up like they didn't know for to do it. Poorly run place to say the least. And I left smelling like shitty gas station food.
