This place is always busy. Kitchen staff look like maybe they are hostages. Cashiers are hit or miss in terms of friendliness. Bathroom always smells like something died.

Whenever I go to this hucks there is one employee that changes her demeanor when I get up to the register… she’s fine and smiling when attending to other customers… I feel like she’s prejudiced! I will not go there if she’s working on the day I go! And I will tell my friends to boycott too .. good thing I didn’t end up getting your app! Thanx no thanx

You know I would like to hope tonight was just a bad night however it can't go untold that Joe working the register tonight was having a bad day and looking to cause trouble. Moment I walked in to pick up pizza he asked what do you want with the general tired attitude you get this time of year. I get it. I politely said I was picking up a pizza. He asked me 3 times for the name it was under after the 3rd time he says sorry we dont create orders by name its by what you order. After returning to my car asking my fiance what exactly he ordered he informed me he tried to order 2 cheese and they gave him an off the wall total. He had asked if he could double check the price because we order pizza there a lot and its never been that high. Their pizzas are normal 10.99 and he was charging 20$ for one. Joe then decided to let me know my fiance and I were very rude to him when I never even spoke to him before that point. My fiance is way too soft to spark a fight or attitude on top of his nerves on the phone. Joe then attempted to cover his tacks after I addressed my fiance on the phone. To add insulte to injury the 1st pizza was doughy in the middle and the 2nd was burned.Update I tried to return the burned pizza and just get a refund so I could pick up something edible that my kids could actually bite and they refused to give me the money back after the pizza was returned. I kept the doughy one because we could simply put it in the oven and bake it a little longer. No harm there. Then as I asked for a supervisor or if there was someone to talk to the female clerk shoved me from behind while going around me and told me to talk to krissy [Im assuming her supervisor] in the morning. While we were trying to leave Joe decided to yell assult as we literally had the door open to go and threatened us with police because my brother dropped a bill in front of the women who shoved me. We were trying to leave but chose to stay since he told us the cops were coming. The women who shoved me and Joe both acted like they were trying to fight. One saying she was ready to lose her job over this. ? [over burnt pizza]No I didnt get my money back, end of the day we supported these guys for yrs and swore by them. We just expected better. Hats off to the cook, burnt pizza or not he was the only one trying to make things right by us. Good deeds do not go unnoticed and are truly appreciated.

The Allen Rd Hucks is THE BEST!!! I had just had a rather unpleasant experience at the Hucks location on War Memorial, I understand that I came in late close to their closing time, but I walked into the store at 9:45PM & I was going to be fast, was just going to grab whatever cookies were out of the kind I liked & head straight to the register. As soon as I walk I'm the door, an employee I've never seen there before yelled "ONE MINUTE!" at me as I came in the door. Thought it was a bit rude especially because it wasn't like i was coming in like 5 minutes before they closed at 10 I came in 15 minutes until till they closed & went straight to the cookies, grabbed the 2 that were there & walked directly to the register in under 30 seconds & I very kindly asked her if she could possibly take a quick peek in the back for any more of those particular cookies for me & if there were any that I'd definitely buy several of them. She immediately told me that I was majorly inconvening her & that it would take her FOREVER to look in the back & explained that she was in a rush to close, that she needed to be closing right then & I was making her keep the store open longer by being there & even though I was confused as to why she was in such a rush to close the store as I knew that it was 9:45 when I walked into the store & I'd gone directly to the register after grabbing a few cookies very quickly but I just decided to give her the benifit of the doubt & thought maybe I must have read the time incorrectly or something & said I was sorry & went straight to the door as she followed me to lock it right behind me & immediately shut off all the lights. I got in my car & decided to look at the time. It read 9:50. I thought it was odd that she rushed me out of there so fast whilst letting me know I was an inconvenience a whole 10 minutes before closing time, 10:00pm & thought it was a bit rude how she had yelled at me like a child, rushed me, guilted me & couldn't even take a few seconds to look to see if there were more of the cookies I was asking for behind her even though she had in between 10 & 15 minutes until close but obviously kicked me out & closed early at 10 till 10. A few days later I called the Allen road location & asked if they had any of the particular cookies I'd wanted & the woman who answered the phone was so nice & friendly & said yes she had 2 of the cookies I wanted out, & asked if I was looking for more than 2 & I said I'd buy 6 if they had them & she said that that was no problem at all, & that she'd have them ready for me when I got there. I arrived about 20 to 30 minutes after, & the super kind employee I'd talked to over the phone greeted me at the register & had all 6 fresh cookies all wrapped up nicely with the bar code sticker for one & put X6 next to it, she greeted me with a very friendly face & told me that if I ever wanted to buy more that it was super easy & no problem for them to grab them from the back at anytime & to just ask them to get them for me.. I was obviously SUPER grateful & thanked her many times & told her breifly about my opposite negative very recent experience at the War Memorial location from 2 nights back & just really let her know how much her doing this meant to me & let her know how extremely appreciative I was as. Big thumbs up for the Hucks on Allen Rd.!!!!??

I live close by so I'm here often. I decided to pick up some food from thier kitchen. Why is it the chicken is ALWAYS hard and dry. Doesn't matter what kind. Wings etc. And I used to get pizza because it was GodFathers but it's always way too Salty!! Stay away from buying hot foods here
