Worst customer service ever. They know nothing where the things were arranged!I called them for product availability, Even though i tried helping them to locate the product, they literally made me wait for too long !! Every one has their own work that is why some people call for help to know the product availability!! I request Home depot higher authorities to make sure not to repeat this again!

The people that work here should learn a bit more about the job.
Took 4 employees to try to find something because none of them knew what it was. ( Shower surround).
The one who did know though was so super helpful. The kids carts are cute, the isles are tiny.

Went to Home Depot to get parts for my cub. Cadet riding mower did not see parts in aisle 50. Ask them to pay someone to aisle 50 to help me stood there for 45 minutes. Nobody showed up I took my business elsewhere.

Way too much merchandise stuck in the aisles. Went on a Saturday when there was a crowd and hard to get anywhere in the store because of all the stuff blocking the path. Almost felt like I was in a dollar general store or something.

Ken in appliances was a gem. I had called earlier in the day frantic needing a new washer. He knew exactly what they had in stock that we could pick up ourselves this evening. He said he would be there until 5 and ask for anyone else if after 5. I really wanted to deal with Ken bevause he was so amazing on the phone. After my husband got off work we went as fast as we could to Home Depot...getting there 5:00......Ken was actually walking away leaving to go home. This awesome guy remembered talking to me and came back to show me what we talked about. SOLD.. .got the washer home and ready to go by 7:30pm. Thank you Ken.....Home Depot is really lucky to have such an awesome, professional team member.
