I waited 2 years to get in to see norm. And paid top dollar. Just to have paint bubbling after4 months. Paint running undercoding spray on the inside of the door instead of paint. This process he used wasn't satisfactory. But there's no guarantee in rust proofing, so you get what you get.

Well worth the wait.If you are on his "list" be patient. Norm will ensure that you are satisfied with his work. He takes his time, and his perfection of work is second to none and keeps you informed through the whole process. He and Barb are both very dedicated to the outcome.

Specializes in rust and body repair. Very reasonable price when considering the amount of labor required. Was willing to hand fabricate sheet metal to replace rusted body panels to save me money (compared to buying new panels and replacing). Paint and fabricated body panel matching was perfect. Looks just like factory. Very good work. Proactive about calling and giving status updates on the vehicle. Very friendly, and reviewed the work with me after it was done. Highly recommended.
