I will never work with Hampton's again. Our contractor suggested we work with them to remodel our kitchen. Our three week remodel turned into 6 weeks. Hampton's ordered the wrong size cabinets and crown molding and did not double check their order and doubling checking the order when the shipment arrived at the warehouse. I was told they would expedite ordering correct cabinet however it took 4 weeks to get the correct cabinet in. The cabinet was in a critical location in the kitchen and by it not being installed, it held up the entire remodel. Then when asked if Hampton's would pick up the wrong cabinet and wrong crown modeling from our house, it took several emails for anyone to show up to get the wrong cabinet and crown molding. When someone finally came, they only picked up the molding and not the wrong cabinet itself! its still in my garage! When the bill came, I actually thought they gave me $1,000 credit for all the mess up they caused, only for them to tell me that was for reordering the correct cabin and I actually owed that $1,000. If you want something done right, do not go through Hamptons.

Called for info on fireplace. Sent to Tyler’s voicemail. He never returned call. Finally reached him by phone. He sent me to Troy’s voicemail. Still waiting to hear from him. Not any type of customer service I would want to give.

Hampton's has a great selection of appliances and definitely competitive with prices. We worked with Steve and he explained things more than most appliance people we had worked with at other stores.Definitely visit Hampton's before you make a final decision on your next appliance purchase.

We have always purchased our appliances from Hamptons and they have always been very knowledgeable and helpful. Today was no exception! From the person who greeted me at the desk to getting all my questions answered by Tyler, the experience was great! I needed a new washer and was given several options of what was available today and what I could get by ordering. Thanks Hamptons!

Had my cabinets put up by hamptons and they have been falling off the wall for the past 5 years. Will never use them again everyone that has come into my house has asked why they are falling off the wall!

DO NOT USE HAMPTON’S! Their designer did a terrible job on our kitchen and laundry room. She didn’t measure the working spaces properly and put drawers in corners where they shouldn’t be. We tried to pay them directly for everything but they wouldn’t let us since we were using a contractor. Now our contractor (TMC Remodeling) is MIA, and Hamptons is coming after us for the payment we paid the contractor. Avoid Hampton’s at all costs. They have no integrity.

Save yourself the headache and choose a different store to buy cabinets and countertops. Hamptons not only has terrible designers, their management has no integrity in how they do business. There are so many better options in the area, don't waste your time and money with Hamptons.

Unhappy with the experience we had on a bathroom vanity and counter that we ordered. Several fails with supplier quality, resulting in us taking our business elsewhere.
