“We have been looking to update our sofa. We stopped by Lippmann's and were greeted by Diane. She showed us around and looked at some of the many choices they have. We decided on a beautiful light colored sofa. Great quality and price. We were then introduced to Mike and his lovely mother to finish up the paperwork. Felt like we were doing business with old friends. Thank you for the great buying experience. Highly recommend them. We will be back again.”

“I purchased a dryer on line which was easy and then I went to the store to just look around but the prices were so great I purchased a brand new in box power recliner for less than a quarter of the price of other store prices. The salesman and manager were kind, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely look here before buying anywhere else from now on.”

“What a lovely surprise of an GEM!! After seeing the gorgeous bedroom set my sister bought I just had to visit this store before ending my trip. I just wanted to browse but I wound up buying these stunning Ellen Degeneres throw pillows and other items. I loved that I was not “hounded” sorry! The gentleman who helped us was pleasant without being overbearing and knew his furniture! Fantastic customer service and I can’t wait to return!! I spent an obscene amount of money at Pottery Barn for 2 bedroom sets, sectional, tables, large wall unit and I could’ve spent less than half and would’ve been happier!! The furniture is of great quality and it’s BEAUTIFUL!! Go shop til you drop!!”
“We have been buying from Piersons for decades. My mom introduced us to the store for down pillows and still buying to this day. Also, I bought a bed and mattress 11 years ago, and the mattress is still solid. Their customer service is above and beyond. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My son is the next generation to buy their down pilliws....that's 3 generations. GOLD STARS”

“Extremely nice store with awesome and helpful employees. Plenty of parking. This place is a very pleasant area to find things for the home. I was able to find floral pieces for family grave plots. While an expensive adventure, they were very pretty. I'll see how well the color holds up outside.”
“Update: Our bed was delivered today and the gentlemen who delivered did a fantastic job. I am changing my stars because everyone I worked with after the initial cancelation were great and changed what started as a bad experience to a positive one.
Update: I called customer service and explained that i have already had to wait 3 weeks and should not be pushed 1 more weeks due to their delivery issues. A supervisor was able to get me rescheduled for later this week. I appreciate her hearing me concerns and doing everything she could to help.
So far my experience is starting horrible
I have waited several weeks for my scheduled delivery and just got a call during the time it is supposed to be delivered saying they need to cancel and reschedule me. The soonest is two weeks from now. Spending thousands of dollars, you would think they would reschedule me for the next day not make me wait 2 more weeks. I have fibromyalgia and am suffering and now I have to put my bed back together.”
“Bought a sofa and loveseat there at a great price on a floor model and was very happy with the prompt delivery the day after New Year's. Great experience all the way around and especially talking with the owner who was fantastic. I will definitely recommend this store to anybody that I meet!”

“I am a traveling healthcare professional. I reached out to Bob after securing a temporary contract with OSF. Bob was amazing, everyone should get so lucky as to work with him with their furnishing needs. He went above and beyond. Due to a healthcare crisis with my traveling companion (Tater Tot) I was unable to pick out my furniture before hand, unable to secure a rental until the last minute, and unable to get settled until my contract started. Bob didn't ask the details, he heard the stress in my voice and took matters into his own hands. He choose my furniture himself and got it delivered quicker than originally promised, so I would have a bed to sleep on. Cannot say enough how great he was to work with. He made this apartment a home for the short while I was here to serve your community, down to every single lamp plugged in and functioning.”

“Target is a large store, not much to note here. They can always use to clean more thoroughly, but the place is adequate for shopping. They do carry a lot of products that their competitors do not. Not much of a surprise, but variety is always nice.”
“I have been with Aaron's for many many years . Everything I get ,I get from Aarons . I've had a few problems these past couple of year's and they were very helpful. And in the last 3+ months since the transferred managers the Pekin store has messed up my account so bad that I ended up paying late fees that I shouldn't of had to pay . I have asked repeatedly to get transferred to the Knoxville store since I live like 4 blocks from there . I'm told it's up to the regional manager . My question is why is it up to him I'm the customer that pays the account not the regional manager . I only stayed with Pekin for as long as I have is because not once did my account get messed up . But now it's messed up all the time . So if anyone can answer this question for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you have a great day .”

He took his time showing us different mattress selections based on what we liked and what was in our budget! The variety here is great and the clearance section offers an amazingly clean and sanitized selection as well. I also strongly recommend the deluxe charcoal cool pillows if you’re looking for any new ones!”
