“I love shopping at Aldi's, but I am very irritated about the Instacart online order I recently did. I had a large order online, and because of the size of the order, I was informed that my pickup was free. I noticed a few items that seemed more expensive than usual, but prices fluctuate. After my pickup. I had a couple of additional items I needed, so I went into the store. My receipt from the pick-up was on my phone, and I discovered a mumber of items were 30 cents cheaper in the store that was on my pickup receipt. I don't think my pick-up is "free" if i am being overcharged for items.I don't really mind being charged for the convenience of a pick-up order. However, when you are basically sneaking in charges on customers and telling them the service was free, I find that unethical and deceptive.”

“I really saved a lot of money. I hadn't been there for a long time but I will be going back. Even brand name products are cheaper than you can get them at Walmart. The only thing they don't carry are sugar free products”
