I have never encountered such an appalling level of disrespect and ignorance from the staff at a bank. They were not only rude and dismissive but also displayed a shocking lack of knowledge and professionalism. The first and only interaction I had with them left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. The staff's attitudes were condescending and unhelpful, making even simple transactions a challenging and unpleasant experience, and seemed to go out of their way to make my experience as unpleasant as possible... I would strongly advise anyone looking for a bank to steer clear of this establishment, as the staff's behavior is inexcusable and tarnishes the reputation of the entire institution. So If you value your time and sanity, avoid this business at all costs. The staff here are a nightmare to deal with, and the poor service provided is truly a disgrace. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where you will be treated with basic decency and respect. I'm keeping my original review but I'm updating it to a very low 2 star because damage was already done. But went the next day and proved I was right and had no issues! But still unacceptable behavior the first ignorant transaction.

Love my bank! Staff is always friendly, so helpful and knows my name! Been with them since I was 15, when it was Peoria Savings, and stayed thru the name changes. Wouldn’t want it any other way! Thank you!
