Not sure what Jim R's real problem was, but that was a long time ago. My experiences have always been top notch. Very helpful on phone and in person. My dad has used Family Medical for many years and has been very happy with their service.

I took my Mom here to get a walker. The staff showed us what was available and showed my Mom how to use it. We purchased wheels which she gladly put on for us. All this on a Friday at 430 close to closing time. If you need medical supplies in the Peoria area, this is the place!

I have bought bi pap machine supplies from the past and they are wonderful, always have what I need in stock. When something breaks on my machine I can't wait 3 to 5 days for a part to be delivered and now I don't have to, I come here and can sleep peacefully the same night!!
