We will never shop at Eddie Bauer again! My wife and I visited the store yesterday evening around 6:30 PM. We had several returns to make. Jeff - The most useless associate working at that would not assist us unless my wife did favors for him for processing the returns.

Ordered a coat over the phone from the Peoria store. Emily was very knowledgeable and professional. She was patient and understanding with the questions I had. Wish the store was closer to home.

Eddie Bauer is great especially if you are a tall person. They are too expensive but good quality. I shop here all of the time.
