Waited in line for 15 minutes while the cashier was helping someone choose balloons. He rang for another cashier, she came and went to another register. Here I waited 15 minutes , already unloaded my cart and she takes last people in line. I will never go back, the store is filthy.

Out of the 3 Dollar Tree's in the Peoria area this is probably my favorite. It may be newer than the other two but that's not the reason I like it. The staff here is nicer than the one by the mall. Some people may not like the location however, I have yet to see people standing next to the door loitering. Unlike the one in Campus Town, just a few minutes away, it always has one-three people loitering and smoking.

The Dollar tree on the south end on Harmon highway is one the cleanest and pleasant Dollar tree that I have been to the store looks nice and clean the people are nice that they pleasant they speak to you I enjoy going there by

The store is well stocked for the most part but the isles are cluttered with boxes on the floor. There barely any associate you can talk to and the young guy with curly hair who runs the register is the most rude cashier I've ever seen. I purchased a reusable bag to put my items in, even told this guy to pack my stuff in that bag and he ignores me and continued to pack everything I bought in the regular plastic bags. When I asked him again to please pack my stuff in my reusable back he shook his head without even making eye contact and said "yeah sure" then kept stuffing my stuff in the plastic bags! When he was done ringing up my items he didn't even tell me my total just held his hand out for money. I gave him $100 bill he looks at it folds it up, cashes it out and lays my change and bills on the counter and walks away from the register. I ask if there is a manager available and he says "yeah probably but I'm not going to find her" and walks away. Honestly this store had some great people their when I first moved here but in the last 5 months it's staff has gone down hill and the customer service is horrible. If I'm ever forced to shop here and this guy is on the register I'll walk out without a purchase. So unprofessional.

This DT is new, well stocked (and restocked daily), well laid out, and has delightful employees. The store manager, Char, introduced herself personally during my second visit and was greeting and thanking customers. This store is filling a desperate need in this area and the manager is a huge asset. I shop many DT stores locally and this one is now my favorite.

It's 90 degrees out & there no air conditioning in the store. Even the store clerks complaining. The A/C never went out when it was CVS.
