Abby is the best technician at this CVS! She's always so friendly, remembers me and my medicine, and just overall makes the atmosphere great. If she ever leaves I may have to find a new pharmacy

My meds are never ready when they are suppose to be, even when I get a text with a time. They also never have both of the prescriptions ready at the same time per my doctors orders. The pharmacist is never concerned, apologetic, nor does he have customer service skills. If my insurance didn’t require me to use CVS, I’d have stayed with my prior pharmacy. It’s always an inconvenience at this location in Peoria Heights.

The pharmacist is extremely rude! He told me he wasn't able to fill a medication which I found out was false. Then after telling him thank you for checking he hung up on me. Makes the whole CVS look bad. Neither I or anyone I know will go back here. Get a new job if you hate yours that much.

I get my life saving meds here, I can count on this location. I left Walgreens on the corner of War Memorial and Prospect for this CVS. I need a pharmacy I can trust and one that will fill scripts properly and ensure I get them in a timely manner. I haven't had to go without any meds or wait long for a med to be filled and they always work with me if any issues arise. I feel much safer getting my scripts filled here.

They filled my prescriptions two weeks in advance,as well as if I needed a refill or not. Like my Ibeprophern and Vicodin. I changed to Walgreens. Much better service.

It's like 'Cheers', where everybody knows your name. They made it through COVID-19 to the other side with their sanity still in tact (most of it, we all lost a little). Make sure to smile and they'll smile right back❣️ Always helpful, and I never feel rushed.

Friendly, but some communication deficits in the pharmacy including incorrect information and inattentiveness. Slow service. Medicine out of stock meant driving across town.

He let us look in our own but was nearby for any questions we had. We were pleasantly pleased with the customer service and walked out with a new appliance.

Needed a 600 dollar money order today . They won't use your debit card for a 600 dollar money order . Directed me to the ATM the ATM only allowed 100 dollar withdrawals. With a 4 dollar fee. Once I got all 600 dollars out you can't buy a 600 dollar money order in the first place . Max is 500. Also for some strange reason they scan your state id and the fee is stupid high .
