These pharmacists know what they are doing. They have helped me when I didn’t have insurance to find the best coupons and have helped me watch what I eat when on certain medications. They are very kind and knowledgeable. Appreciate you guys a lot

Regardless of the pretty substantial rewards benefits, the customer service at this CVS in Campustown is fantastic. Caitlin is always so helpful, upbeat, always professional and efficient. The experience today made my day!

CVS used to be great and our pharmacist Jennifer is awesome. Lately though things have gone downhill fast. Ever since the telepharmacy went into effect it's been horrible! Also, the website is un-navigable. We made a separate log in for my son and still can't get it to work. Every time we try it asks him to create a new account. I used to be able to call the pharmacy and talk to someone. Now I have to leave a message and wait for a call back. There is only a pharmacist there one day a week! It's now total Nightmare!

Never get the extrarewards card it is next to impossible to get it canceled. My proof is go to there website and look for it!!!

The cashier was extremely rude to me and I did nothing to warrant her behavior. I don’t remember her name. But she was wearing a bonnet and was hunched over the register and didn’t see me in line because she was on her phone. So I opted for the self checkout. That’s when she finally noticed me and said hi while making a remark on how often I’m in the store. Her exact words were, “Man, you stay in this store.” I work for a college nearby and usually stop to get snacks during my lunch break. Although I don’t need to explain myself to her or anyone else because it’s no one’s concern. My repeated business was part of the reason she gets a paycheck and she was completely out of line. Not to mention disrespectful for being so fixated on her phone that she doesn’t acknowledge customers waiting to check out. I don’t bother anyone when I come in to shop. So don’t worry about me. Leave me alone. I feel humiliated by the experience and don’t see myself ever going back to that location.
