My car went in the carwash with no damage. They used the wands on my bumper so close that it ripped an area of my clear coat off. I placed a claim and they had a ridiculous reason for not paying for the damage. I went thru the wash ONE TIME…it was damaged…NEVER went thru again…they won’t pay for the damage and WON’T refund my membership! DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.OWNER- Don’t put your usual blanket statement about “hope to see you soon”. RIPOFF!!

One star too many. Yes very easy to sign up, the crews that are there are amazing. This review is not a review on the local staffs at the location on Glen Ave in Peoria. This is a review on the fact that my brand new Cadillac went in scratch free and came out with several drag scratches. Claim went in and we all know how it turned out. However, the fact that they can’t even refund a membership is baffling. Shame on this business.

I have a brand new car, went to club car wash and ended up getting a few scratches. I contacted club car wash and they said it wasn’t done by them even though I know for a fact I didn’t have scratches on my car before I went in and they were there after I got done in the wash. They were rude on the phone and unwilling to help at all. They wouldn’t release the video footage to me so I have contacted my insurance agent and a lawyer to reach out to them . I would stay far far away from any of the club car washes unless you want them to damage your car. I would leave negative five stars if I could. Do not take your cars here.

This place targeted me because I had a screaming baby in the car. She tried getting me to sign up for a membership. I told her no 3 times and she wouldn't leave me alone and I was already overwhelmed with the screaming child so I finally said yes, planning to canvel it later. Well, she didn't even give me the proper terms because she told me it was a 3 month membership and I wouldn't have to pay again until then. Guess what came out of my account 1 month later? Then when we called and explained our displeased service and asked for a refund, they claimed there was nothing they could do. Will NOT be going back as I am highly peaved with their horrible service and refusing to take no for an answer.

Best place to go in Peoria. The other stores don't compare to the quality and precision these guys and gals take to make sure your car is clean and spotless. I alway get the MVP wash and my truck comes out looking like it did off the lot no matter rain, snow, mud, dirt, oil, grease, brake dust, my truck always looks phenomenal. And if you tip them which you should they grateful yell THANK YOU. You will never find service like this at any of the other washes. They also offer you towels and car fresheners for free if you are a member! Such a great place to go for a clean car guarantee.

Super easy sign up! Not sure of the gentleman's name but it was on Veterans Day and he was there from another store a couple of hours away. His knowledge & professionalism was impeccable and he helped me with everything that I needed. Since I've been going 2-3 times per week I haven't met one person that wasn't helpful and they always have a smile on their face. I also love that I get towels to clean the inside of my car while it's being washed and free vacuuming makes keeping my car clean super easy! ❤️❤️❤️ this place!!!

Have you ever been to a business and thought hmm.... This is my first and last time going to this business. Well that was my experience. The two ladies I had to deal with this morning around 8am..... Terrible. Bad attitudes and genuinely just awful demeanors. Neither were helpful especially with me being a first time customer.

BEWARE they signyou up for auto renew even When you say just one month DecemberWhen I called to cancel they said do u have your receipt still. Then no we cannot credit you back for januaryI ask to speak with corporate an was told Tiffany will call you. NO CALL. Don't give them your credit card!!.

Staff is very nice! Great wash. Free vacuum. Free use of towel to wipe interior and dry exterior.
