While shopping in Peoria I hit a curb and damaged my tire. I'm not from the area and had no clue who to call. They were WONDERFUL. Took care of my car, towed it to the tire place all with a smile and friendly service. Driver was amazing. Made me feel at ease, chatted and was so nice. Made the unexpected damper in my day a little easier to deal with. Thank you so much for great service.

I was 8hrs. away, called them in a near panic. They went out of their way to help my fiancee who was ill, stuck on the side of the road in the cold. In my opinion, there's no better place to look for help.

Twice now, Chuck's Towing has been a lifesaver. They were the only tow company to answer their phone in the early morning hours on a Sunday, and they had a tow truck out to us in Chillicothe within about 35 minutes. Great service and reasonable prices! Will definitely call them first next time!

I hit something on the interstate at 10:30PM on a Sunday which exploded the wheel on my car beyond roadside repair. The service I got from Chuck’s towing was quick, friendly, and they brought a flatbed and took care as to not damage my newer car. Thanks a bunch!

Worst ripoff ! 320.00 to tow a car just a couple miles and only take cash… do not use this place ! They can cause damage to your car and not take responsibility!Service: Car towing

This place sucks. We couldn’t get our car back right away and then had to wait on the workers who told us to be here at 9:30 for an hour. Then proceeded to tell us we had to pay in just cash and didn’t tell us before hand. Awful service and slow staff.

I needed a tow on Sunday July 16....they were there quickly. Cody was excellent to deal with. Hope I never need another tow, but if i do they'll be my first call.

12/25/22 6:00am: Wife had a tire blowout in Germantown Hills on her way to work as a nurse. Called Chuck's Towing and Recovery and spoke to a geriatric with a candycane in his mouth. He definitely didn't speak English. I managed to get him to take down my information and agreed to pay double what a normal tow is for 10 miles. Candycaned-mouth senior said it'd be a couple hours.8:00am - Get a call from one of the drivers (Cody). He said he can come get it, but it's gonna be a few hours.11:00am - Sent Cody a text asking if he is still available to do the tow. Cody responded, "Yes, I'll be there at 3:00pm."3:05pm - Sent Cody another text if he would like to meet up and get paid for doing the tow. No response and completely ghosted me for reaching out without performing the service.This is by far the worst tow company in the USA. I can appreciate it being Christmas and was quite willing to pay your outrageous local holiday rates to have my car taken to the shop. I only pray my wife gets to treat one of your relatives from Chuck's Towing in the hospital with the same level of care you gave her today. I'm hopeful she forgets to put your loved one's oxygen mask on for a day, or gives them the wrong blood type so you feel a little bit of how we do based on your lies and lack of integral services in Illinois.
