My daughter who is 4 and I were out shopping at Grand Prairie and my daughter was looking in the window and knocked and said she wanted to go inside to look. Mind you she hasn’t had a ton of clothing store experience because of Covid etc so she was excited. A blond women met us at the door and said can I help you find anything and I said no we’re just looking. She looked annoyed and said ok and moved out of our way. My daughter saw the comfy chairs in the back and wanted to go sit so we went in the back and she loved looking in the large mirror at herself. As she sat in the chairs her feet were in them so I politely told her to not put her feet in the chairs and then she asked if she could bounce her bouncy ball I told her no and the other dark haired lady who worked there abruptly said “UMM IS EVERYTHING OK?! Can we help you with somthing?” I just looked at her and said no we’re just looking. I got the hint LOUD AND CLEAR that we were not welcome so I picked up my daughter and walked toward the door as they both stared at us and I smiled and said have a good day. Horrible customer service. I worked in customer service for 16+ years doing hair and I would never have acted like that if a client brought their child to an apt. Will not shop or browse this store again.

If I could give a zero I would. I walk in to store and before the lady helping me could say anything the other lady makes sure to say “make sure she knows about our sizes” now I am not a size zero by any means but that was the rudest comment I’ve heard in a long time. I will not be returning ever.

I'm a Chico's Gal, what can I say!! I love their clothes and they're always nice and help me find my sizes or will order me what I need. The quality of their clothes will stay in style as well as last for years. They wash and wear perfect just follow the label. Have fun wearing their clothes and be ready to receive compliments!!

Incredibly impressed with the shopping experience I had this morning. If this pandemic has taught us anything is that personal touch has been lost on a lot of people and for me I miss the niceties of a friendly face and common social interactions. Chico’s went above and beyond to not only help me every step of the way today but to just get to know me. It was such a pleasure talking to the ladies in there. I will be a repeat customer for life.

I have been buying most of my wardrobe from Chico's because if their style and quality. I have shopped at Chico's outlet as well and I have always enjoyed special attention from the associates. Always a fun atmosphere. I bought my first item from there that I was very disappointed in the fabric. Followed instructions and it stretched so out of shape I couldn't wear it. During the shutdown for Covid I contacted customer service and I was sent a postage paid return address. I received a full amount. They were so good about it. I won't ship anywhere else. My favorite stores include the shops at Grand prairie in Peoria, IL and their outlet at Branson MO.

Hint: if you haven't signed up for their text, inquire!! They send you every Friday something extra that is not available in your Passport coupons that aren't in your account. Like today, they were having a sale in the store and I used my discounts that I had in my Passport account. Since I received this text, I received an extra 10% off my purchase just from my Friday texts!!
