As of 8/14/24, I've frequented here every once in a while. Their restrooms are the cleanest convenient store spots around, and their customer service is really on point. Very friendly and detail oriented staff make for an excellent experience on the regular. Thanks Debra, for your "beyond expectations" customer service. Keep it up, whatever you all are doing. For such a busy spot, they run a well-oiled machine & I would recommend this gas station over others nearby.

Fifth time in a row ordering a pizza here arriving after 15 to 20 minutes after it's been ordered and finding out they haven't even started it. This time I walked out without even getting the pizza. So sick of this place's terrible disorganization and terrible customer service that they can't get their online orders out. I love Casey's Pizza but apparently it's just not in the cards to ever get any from this location. THIS LOCATION SUCKS. CONSISTENTLY. EVERY DAMN TIME.
After walking out I placed an online order at the Big hollow location and drove over there which took about 12 minutes. When I got there my pizza was being cut and put into a box as I arrived. I was greeted by a friendly manager who smiled and thanked me for my business. Guess which Casey's I'll be going to from now on.

I'm at the point where I'm just not going to come to this location anymore. Boss yelling at her employees from her office, cooks that don't care about the quality of their food. Just a horrible location all together lately. Look at this pizza lol how hard is it to cut a pizza?

Manager was beyond rude. If you want a pizza made wrong and cold, but your drinks hot, order here & enjoy the food poisoning.

Went to this location at 10pm to grab gas and drinks both employees there were standing out front smoking weed and didn’t have a care that there were customers or the fact they were clocked in doing drugs at the front door. I will not be returning to this location this is the worst customer service possible.

Says open 24 hours online.All of the lights are on pizza spinning in the carousel But the old hag working has the door locked and won't let anyone in and just stares at them when they come up to the door.

Me and my husband are really kind and patient people, we order ahead and waited a little longer to give them time, since we work in a restaurant and know how it is on Saturdays! We ordered a sandwich with no pickles since I’m allergic to them and since I had read the reviews I told my husband to double check the order and of course there was pickles on the sandwich. My husband was kind and asked them if they could make a new one please and the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE and just stared at my husband in a horrible way and then after a moment said “ can’t you just pick them off” and my husband explained no because my wife is allergic and can’t come in contact with it, and then the guy was extremely pissed, went to the back and the girl working back there said “ well it didn’t say it in the receipt” my poor husband had to pull up the order to show them since they wouldn’t believed him, of course we were right. At least the girl was nicer at the end but still so unprofessional and it sucks since we tried to be really nice. These employees for sure need re-training. 03/02/24- at 11:15-20 pm.

Be careful buying scratch offs there. Bought a few monopoly tickets and all of them had a small section scratched off on the instant win part. I didn't notice until I got home... BEWARE!!!

I come by this place every so often after my shift at Culver's and the staff is always wonderful, the pizza is great. They're stocked on pizza, staff is great to talk to. Decently clean. Overall great place to visit.

Bought two simple pizzas tonight, my husband picked them up. He said a lady was on the phone with another customer and hung up and told the cook that he screwed up an entire order and the cook looked pissed and ignored her. My husband brought the pizzas home and they are cold, burnt, and have NO marinara on them whatsoever. They are so hard and taste like cardboard and can’t even hardly bite into them. We only buy from here, once or twice a year because every time we’ve ordered from here, it’s been disgusting. My husband and I both were Casey’s workers in pleasant plains, IL and we know how to make these pizzas ourselves and I would have NEVER served this cardboard to a customer.The owner replied and hopes we come back soon but doesn’t offer to give a refund or fix the issue. Customer service is trash. I will never come back here. You want to do better, start doing better for your customers. All I ordered was a cheese and pepperoni pizza and both weren’t even close to tasting like pizza.

Its rediculous you got three cooks n only one name jackson is doing anything. The two other Supposed cooks have been on the side of the building smoking as they were an hour ago when i was here. They were literally in the same place
