I use their self tanning or spray tanning New machine and they are wonderful. My tan stayed about 7 to 10 days and she charges a reasonable price.

I tan here. The rates are good, it is very clean, the staff is friendly, & the bulbs are kept up to date. Great place to tan. Have not yet used any of the many other services they have available.

AMAZINGLY great spray tan. Just wow. Lasted a full 7 days and faded evenly. Very realistic. Highly recommend!

I'm really disappointed that it was my third visit and I took the day off to treat myself. Starting with an express facial here. It should have been 30 min. The apt was at 10:25 and I wasn't called back until 10:40. When it ended I thought it was quick, but it wasn't until after I paid and tipped "Amy" personally that I looked at my phone upon walking out and realized it was only 11. I called once I got in my car and her explanation was that it took her time to set up. Well then that means my time was even shorter. I didn't have to do anything but lay on the table. She needed maybe a 2 min set up. Her explanation was trash and she didn't even attempt to make it right. She seemed to rush through it to get back to her customer that was in the salon chair. Then I noticed some of the product was still on my face. I definitely didn't feel valued and wouldn't go back again.

I love Caribbean salon ? they are professional friendly and know exactly what they are doing ? I tried eyebrows waxing, facial, pedicure, manicure and even my baby haircut.. thank you my favorite salon ?

Amy is the best, cut, color or waxing. Very professional and spotless shop. Mai is so talented with nails and facials. Don is quick and great on eyelashes. Don has the lighted touch. I fall asleep.

First off, I would like to say that the actual people at the salon were very nice and the salon itself is very clean and lovely environment. The people working there were willing to let me reschedule my appointment without too much hassle and were very amicable to myself and other patrons that were there.
Update: I went back on the weekend to have my nails soaked off, so that I could take care of my fingers better. After talking to the owner, Amy, she called over Mai, another nail technician, who had a look at my hands. They actually recommended cleaning up the cuticle with a thin grinder, rather than soaking in the acetone, because they were worried that it would hurt my skin further. Mai took good care of them, asking if I was not hurting as she cleaned up the nails, and she cleaned it up with alcohol solution and massaged in some oil. It was really nice to see that they were willing to fix the nails, and although the alcohol stung, my fingers felt so much better a few hours after. Thank you guys so much for doing that for me, at no charge! I would definitely visit this salon again for the other services that they provide.
Unfortunately, my personal experience with the nail technician Don was not as clean as the place may suggest. I originally went there to soak off my acryllic nails and perhaps get new ones. I was recommended to get a fill, because the nails were still in good condition, so I agreed. My friend was sitting next to me and she said after the appointment that she saw the kit/box that John was using was very dirty, and the nail filer and nail grinders were not properly washed. With these dirty tools, John then proceeded to file down the nails, but it's when he started using the grinders against my cuticles, that's when it became a very rough and painful experience. He ended up cutting open the skin on 7 different fingers, but I stopped myself from saying anything, mostly because I know I have particularly dry skin, especially now in the winter, and thought this might just be my own fault. Moving on, he then went on to put on the acryllic nails and, although I actually still think the design that he created was nice, it was originally meant to have a christmassy green instead of white...but they had very little choice of gel colours... still very pretty though. Then as he was applying the colours, he would use his thumb finger nail (NO gloves) to wipe away excess nail polish AND sometimes crush it hard against the side of my nails to get away excess nail gel or dry skin, which was very painful and again cutting into the open wounds.
The fingertips now are red and possibly infected, not to mention the chances of any other diseases that could be on the dirty tools having access straight into my bloodstream. My friend noted that another lady was having a leg massage and the person doing it for her had a mask and gloves on, so perhaps it is just John that needs to be questioned about his practices.
Summary: Although the design is nice, despite lack of colour choice, the execution of cleaning up my nails was painful and unhygienic and application of acryllic nails was a bit sub-par.

I literally scheduled a appointment for 7:00 I sat for a whole hour waiting to just get my BOTTOM lashes done when I have stuff to do ,nobody was in the lobby for a whole 20 minutes .And I really needed my lashes done ,I had stuff to do .And I was on a time limit .VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
