I had an inspection regarding my issue which was water damage and was told I would have a claims adjuster contact me with the results. I got a letter in the mail that I was denied. I called Allstate to try and speak with a claims adjuster and they never returned a message to me. My local agent sent me a voicemail to ask if I was happy with the service and I returned the call and he never responded to me. I am considering changing my policy to another company. I have had Allstate since 2004. I have only filed one other claim regarding water in 2017 and was also denied.
I am sorry Allstate but you have got to go.

The associates are helpful, knowledgeable, and have great interpersonal skills. They and Mr. Burwell are always prompt in getting back to me, and really seem to care about our wants and needs. We have been with them for over a decade and highly recommend them.

Brian is a smart and capable agent. He knows the business. What I appreciate with my auto policy is service call reimbursement like fix a flat tire, come out and jump start the car etc. I had these incidences and was reimbursed for the expense.

I was leaving another company and decided to come here ( AllState). Later I decided to stay with other company , I called to cancel and they wouldn’t cancel me. They try to pressure you to stay with them . I’m not covered by them yet so I don’t know why they wouldn’t cancel when I said to. I even waited 2 more days and went in to cancel and they still wouldn’t cancel me. I don’t care what reason they had if a client say they want to cancel , then cancel. They never canceled me. I felt they try to intimidate and pressure you once you come to them. They talk bad about they company I was coming from which is unprofessional. No matter how many times I said cancel the policy they never did. Samantha Carrillo works there has a smart mouth and is somewhat rude. I wouldn’t recommend no one there. I moved my policy from them to another one. I no longer felt comfortable going forward with them and was not going to pay them. I rather pay someone else

I was lied to and made to pay for their screw up. I spoke with Brian and when I attemped to call costumer service to cancel my account, I overheard him talking about me to his co workers. I contacted the BBB. This is not the first time they have lied for money. Extremely greedy people. Very disappointed.
