Ive beem coming here since i was child in the 70s My dad would come every Sat morning and i did the same as adult. Now i bring my grandsons. Service is top notch. Cars come out really clean inside and out.. Prices are reasonable as well . 10x better than all these other car washes popping up in Peoria.

Don’t waste your time. Decided to drive there for some food on my break. Only sell’s gas and nothing else. Wasted my 30min break driving there and back to work a few blocks away. Complete disappointment

Always use Red Carpet to take care of my truck. Even when busy they do a great job of getting my truck back to looking good. Not only the outside and the inside with washing rubber mats now! Getting to know the staff helps a ton and they are always ready to help if you ask nicely!

I used red carpet car wash on February 25th, 2016. The employees checking me in, vacuuming my car, checking me out, and drying my car were very professional and provided excellent service. However while waiting for my car I witnessed an interaction between the owner and one of his young male employees that I found to be truly disappointing. His employee was asking for his pay stub. While he should not have interrupted the owner to ask for this, it appeared that it was the end of the employees shift and the owner was engaged in a personal conversation. The owner spoke to the employee in a manner that was demeaning and with a irritated and pointed tone. As a customer it made me uncomfortable to witness this. I work for a nearby business and frequent this establishment often. Upon returning to work, I shared my experience with my coworker who then commented how she had a very similar experience recently as well. As a business owner in that neighborhood, the owner has an opportunity to build up his employees and teach them how improve their customer relation skills to further their careers. He instead, chose to cut him down. I will longer use red carpet car wash.

Short wait, long line, not worth $25. Paid for the "works" and my windows were streaked and the back seat still had leaves (?!) on the floor. Its not the red carpet I remember...yes, I am an AOL-SI grad and I know how this car wash ran back in the day. Won't be back.
