Absolutely useless people ,I was Goin upgraded my phone, boost was Goin give me other phone for 5 dollars, now the say I have to pay full price beacuse they boost employees want their commission 😡

Thanks Tierra for helping me get switched over from Verizon! Quick, kind, courteous service. Lower price and better coverage in this area, my whole family is on Boost and they are always shocked at how few places I get a Verizon signal in the area.

Tierra was absolutely the most helpful person at this location! She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She was even gave my son a granola bar when she noticed he was getting antsy. She helped me set up my new phone and helped me cancel my old line with my old carrier. 10/10 customer service skills and a genuine person.

Tierra saved the day for me! My phone went out at 6:40 pm, and I rushed to Boost. Tierra went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even though she had to stay a little late. I have a trip tomorrow and would’ve been very stressed to leave without a functioning phone. A huge thank you for your excellent customer service.
