This was a recall and the changes were fully explained to me. They said they would like the car all day, which was no problem, but it was complete about 1:00. Transportation was provided to and from my house. Many thanks.

On average we have had an overall good experience at Bob Lindsay Honda. However, lately the service department, specifically the coordinators, have been awful.
There has been a high turnover rate of employees and with that we have had several poor experiences.
Coordinators arguing, not performing scheduled service, not scheduling requested service, terrible communication, and poor workmanship.
For these reasons we are no longer a customer of Bob Lindsay’s service department.

Needed a new air conditioning compressor on my 2019 Honda Pilot. I had tried to get a repair at another Honda dealer (where I bought the car—Ciocca Honda in Harrisburg, PA) while we were visiting friends in Harrisburg. Ciocca told me that the part (compressor) didn’t exist and they couldn’t do the repair. When we returned to Peoria, I contacted Bob Lindsay and they had the repair done in a day. Great service and very helpful.

Completed maintenance and repair in timely fashion. Staff from service department to hospitality area were courteous and friendly. Made for a good start of my day.

I bought my van a little over a year ago from Bob Lindsay Honda . I’ll keep going there best service in the world Scott Schuster I recommend working with him. He’s awesome and he will find you a car that suits you and that works for your family. Best purchase of my life if I give this place 500 stars I would love Bob Lindsay Honda and 100% recommend Going to them.

Brought 2024 honda ridgeline black edition, issues with damage done to to back glass trim from there detail person, I'm assuming been over 3months,terrible customer service,noticed honda quality is also slipping on vehicles dealer has nothing to do with that issue.

Great service and super friendly staff! Bob Lindsay Honda knows exactly how important the customer experience is when it comes to service. I had a question about my vehicle and the Master Technician (Service Supervisor) personally went over my questions and explained everything in great detail. Their staff is superior!
