The service I received was top notch. Not only were the routine maintenance activities performed but also 2 recalls were identified with one being addressed during my appointment but the second was scheduled with parts being ordered. The staff was courteous and very efficient with their respective duties. Thanks much!

There is no money off the MSRP right now with the CRV Hybrids but their internet salesperson MeeAe was prompt and complete with all interactions and upfront with answers. Everything I was looking for without all the nonsense that you often need to endure when buying a car. Shout out also to Jared in financing - very straight forward and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and would use them in future purchases.

No where anywhere does it say when service opens. I waited from 6:30am to 9am just so I can call about my drop off we agreed on to be done today so I can have my car by Friday (tomorrow) which I need. Now they are saying they might not be able to get it done. Then maybe next time clarify you open at 7am or idk add that to maps or yelp so people like me (new customer) know that.

The service department has twice tried to sell my wife things that are not needed. Even though these things were "recommended" on the phone the official evaluation paper and follow up discussion did not reflect it. I highly suggest watching the service department charging you for things that are not needed. Take the drive elsewhere if you are not well-versed with car maintenance.

With COVID and the chip shortage making new cars increasingly scarce, Bob Lindsay Honda was able to work with me to find exactly what I wanted. My salesman Chad Mucciante was great at finding the exact car in the configuration that I wanted, and it wasn't even shipped to the dealer yet. I knew what I wanted, he was able to track it down, and didn't try selling me something different. Once the vehicle arrived, the buying process was quick and painless. Highly recommend the Honda name, and highly recommend Bob Lindsay for anything Honda.

I was called for a recall on the airbags, first was the drivers and all was well, few months later it was the passenger side airbag, two weeks later my airbag light was on and said left side..I called and the person I talked to said it would cost me $127.00 to get looked at and then parts and labor..I told her they called me in and not the other way around, never had any problems with the light coming on..lights still on and it's been over a year and a half..not going back there!

I purchased a Honda Civic from Bob Lindsay in December of 2020. The team was wonderful, helpful, and pleasant. However, I have been back a couple times and both times the workers haven't been pleasant. They have been rude, unresponsive to questions, and make me feel like incompetent. I feel very upset by this because I was extremely happy with the purchase and location up until after I purchased the car.

Buyers beware...this dealership just pulled the classic"bait and switch"...offer something then declair they can't do what they promised..very sad, I was directed to them by COSTCO auto sales program...i contacted the sales manager but nothing...next step, a complaint to both costco and the illinois attorney general

These folks are great to deal with. My Civic had the air conditioner compressor go out in the dead heat of the summer. Because of Covid, the parts were back ordered. they were able to get the part before they told me (they under promised, but over delivered). I got cool again! they communicated all the way through, so I always knew the status of my repair. They even gave me a ride to work, which was pretty far away! I highly recommend them!

The service dept at Honda is horrible. Not all of the people but most. The key ingredient in life is communication and the service dept lacks that. When a person is already inconvenienced by there lifeline Aka there car being serviced or. broken down alittle communication would be nice. overall I. the last year and a half since the purchase of the brand new vehicle the service dept has not been pleasant.
