We purchased a new accord on monday and are happy with the experience. Our guide, Korbin was kind,very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the car.Brian Bevill was our finance manager.He is simply the best.Happy to help us every way possible.Everyone we came into contact with there were friendly and kind.We will not hesitate to tell family and friends about Bob Lindsay Honda.

Had a bad experience with service department. Was there for oil change on MDX. They barely greeted me, act like was bothering her. Unprofessional behavior. After service is done she was likehere is the total sign here and done.. no thank you or thank for service anything like that..was busy playing on phone. Would not come back here again. I rather pay more somewhere else where you get treated right.. respect

Leased our MDX here, would definitely go back and recommend this place.
Update: We did go back 5 years later and purchased two more new vehicles. Tim has always been top-notch and helped us find new vehicles in no time during this crazy time. We couldn't be happier with our new cars!!

The most comfortable I have ever been in a car dealership and I won’t buy a car anywhere else. Julia the service advisor was amazing. Tim the salesman literally found the perfect car with no pressure. And Q in financial was so easy and fun to work with. I finally love what I bought and where I bought it. Life long customer for sure

We had a wonderful visit to Bob Lindsey Acura. We looked at an RDX. They had several in stock. Our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We took a test drive and determined. We really liked the vehicle.

I was treated very badly by the Acura dealership when I had difficulty getting parts for my ILX, they were rude and snotty. I haven’t had my car for 11 months and refuse to even offer my something to drive until it is fixed, don’t put your faith and hard earned money in bob Lindsay Acura.

What an amazing experience...the entire staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made my wife and I extremely comfortable the entire time we were there. We drove up to Peoria from the StL metro area on a Saturday afternoon...were able to work out a fantastic deal and the staff stayed after hours to close with us. First rate establishment and I will certainly do business with Bob Lindsey Acura again.

Highlight: Katie at the front desk was very kind, was very hospitable, and made my family (kids) feel very comfortable while I looked.Significant Lowlight: I got there about 15 minutes before closing. Wanted to look at two vehicles, called that I was on my way and which ones I wanted to see, and upon arriving communicated that I was moving quickly and was aware that they closed soon and wouldn't linger. The salesman mentioned 4 times in a span of 5 minutes that he was disinterested in showing me cars. Maybe he had somewhere to be at 6:01? Regardless, it was obnoxious and rude, and I finally told him to forget about, that I didn't want to inconvenience him.Then I went across the street and bought a car from Lexus of Peoria / Peoria Toyota. I suggest you consider doing the same.Definitely will not be back.

I found a wonderful MDX online and Tim worked with me flawlessly. I live close to 600 miles from the dealership and I had a specific time and only that time I could do the deal. The car was as promised I put deposit sight unseen. My trade quote was honored as quoted sight unseen. They are a transparent honest business. I'm from Pittsburgh PA region and I would come there again for a wonderful transparent experience. A++++

This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I’ve dealt with. They barely greeted me, acted like I was bothering them, and they do not work with customers on pricing. I actually am confused at the level of disrespect of the salesperson Ben. I even asked if I was bothering him. I would pass on this dealership as they won’t even work with you on a vehicle that’s been there over 170 days and that costs over 50k. Lesson learned, if you want a Lexus go to Lexus and pass on any Lindsey branded dealership.
