Never ever go to BMW of Peoria!! They are selling lemons and lying to customers about the problems with these used cars they are selling on their lot! And when I called the sales manager hung up on me. Nice way to treat your customers BMW of PeoriaThis is who hung up on me bc he was getting caught up in lies!AND they drove my vehicle to Bloomington where they were supposed to service it and have not serviced it and has not been returned to meWhen I test drove the vehicle the engine popped on. I told Zach, the salesman, that I would not buy if the engine light is on. He said well let me run a diagnostic test. Oh it's just the O2 sensor. We will pay to fix it. That's the only thing that came up on the test. I said ok. Cool. Bought the car. 12 days later they pick it up drive it to Bloomington to fix it. Guess what they can't fix it bc the catalytic converter is bad so they want me to pay $4000 to fix the catalytic converter first! I refused! I said either pay for the whole repair or I want my money back. Nope won't do either. They said we can cut you a check for the cost of the O2 sensors and thats it. I said I want to see the diagnostic test you ran while was there that day. Low and behold look at all this shit! They lied! Zach, said nope everything is good it's just the O2 sensor. So when I brought that to Blake the sales manager, he said I'm going to end this call bc you are being accusatory. And hung up me.Side note... this is the diagnostic test from Aug 3rd!!! Not September 9th that they told me they ran it

Great service! Definitely better than the other mechanics in Peoria! They make sure to take care of you & you don't have to deal with any dunces or other shenanigans like at the other shops!

I recently purchased at BMW of Peoria and my sales person Whitney Jensen went above and beyond to give me an excellent experience with the remote buying process.Whitney is a top-notch talented professional and was a true pleasure to work with. She was prompt to respond to all my questions through email, text, phone and live streams! The multiple live streams included a walk-through of the car, introductions to the staff at the dealership, and the meeting with finance! I felt no pressure and didn't feel rushed. The final price was exactly as negotiated. I highly recommend Whitney and the BMW of Peoria dealership. The service is unmatched. Thank you!!

We recently purchased an x7 from BMW Peoria. Had been in the market for close to a year to make sure we were getting the right car. We dealt w John R who was great. He was very down-to-earth and attentive to our questions. He read us well and we didn't feel pressure to buy that day. They didn't have exactly what we wanted (essentially the color combination), so we left with thoughts that we'd have to order and wait a few months on delivery (no big deal in our eyes). John called 3 days later and the exact model in coloring/ materials we wanted just came off the truck. Unusual in this time w everyone being of short supply. We purchased it that evening. We had a hiccup of having to wait to finalize our papers- waited a while actually, but they all were pleasant and kept communicating as to the delay. Beautiful car though. We hope to continue dealing w this place w future needs. Love our x7!

Having recently moved back to states I am in the market for a car, have a big list of cars to test drive and pick one. Came across this really nice used X1 and drove in from the neighboring town. Having scanned my drivers license they ask for proof of insurance. I've test driven several cars over 5 years in the states(and other BMW dealerships) have never been asked for that. What does a first time car buyer do in this case?The girl who was assisting us was super sweet, her managers however didn't seem to be so nice and pretentious. I drove a new top of the line 2022 Civic just moments before at the next door dealership, and the drivers license worked just fine.So I advice you to probably be wearing a Rolex or Cartier when you walk in next time an apple watch just doesn't cut it. :)
