Horrible experience!!!! Worst service I’ve ever received! Was told to meet at a specific time… I told him I was taking an Uber there to get my car. He said he would be there within 2-5 minutes… I waited over an hour outside in 32 degree weather!!! I kept calling and was repetitively told a few more minutes… even told 6 minutes per his gps and it was another 20 minutes! Charged $360!!! Didn’t even say sorry for the wait! Didn’t offer a discount as I stood in the cold for over an hour!!! Very rude!

The guy showed up and told me he didn't have a socket to get my spare down and to find out it was same size as my lug nuts. Then instead asking if I needed a tow had the nerve to as me well where do you want it towed to. I only needed a change of tire not towed I called another company if I was you I'd not waste your time. Very unprofessional and seemed to not want to do the work.Service: Tire change
