Beachlers always provides great service and really works with you on what’s a priority for your vehicle. Just when I think my car is falling apart, they do their magic and I feel like I can get more & more miles out of my 15 year old car! Love them!

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Had a nail in my side wall, gave me the options, gave me the time to talk over options with my wife, and once we made the decision, they got it all done in a reasonable time, and first time a tire center is going to check on me to make sure tires are working out. Thank you for your service and I will be back!

I know nothing about cars but Beachlers does ! I’ve been going to Beachlers to get routine oil changes for a couple of years now and just recently had to get some transmission work done. I thought my 2013 ford focus was going to be donzo, but Brett and the Beachlers team had my car finished and ready to hit the road that same day!! I always receive great service, the team always greets me on a first name basis and it gives me peace of mind knowing my car and money are in the hands of a team I trust.

My 9 year old mini van needed some maintenance work and new tires, and brakes! Beachlers got me in, took care of everything, and gave me back a better vehicle than the dealership I bought it at, ever did! I'm very very happy!

After my oil change/tire rotation I would give Beachlers 5 stars. Outstanding service department and came across very professional. Now I will explain why I am reviewing Beachlers as 1 star.
I was in need of a service center which I could TRUST to perform oil change and tire rotation on our vehicles. On May 24th I visited Beachlers to get a feel of who they are. I asked Client Service Advocate Adam if they offer Mobil 1 Hybrid 0w-20? Oil? This oil is formulated for hybrid vehicles. I was told yes, if we don’t have the oil we will get it in. I mentioned that I could bring in my own oil if they do not offer it. Adam reassured me they have Mobil 1 hybrid 0w-20 which I am requesting.
May 31st I stopped by and scheduled an appointment with Client Service Advocate/ Manager of Operations Craig. Later that day I thought I should make a telephone call to Craig to just verify if Beachlers offers Mobil 1 hybrid 0w-20 oil. Craig responded yes we do and if we did not I would not have my oil changed here. So I felt reassured Beachlers offers the oil I am requesting.
Today May 7th I arrive for my scheduled appointment. I was feeling really good with my choice of choosing Beachlers. I started having a conversation with the owner Brett about purchasing a set of 4 tires for our other vehicle. During this time I asked if the service technician knows about using Mobil 1 hybrid 0w-20? Brett responded back yes they were using full synthetic oil. I did not give it a second thought due to Mobil 1 oils are full synthetic oils.
Once I arrived home I was reviewing my invoice to find out Mobil 1 hybrid 0w-20 oil was NOT used. I made a telephone call to Brett and his response was it meets the specifications of my vehicle. I shared my concerns to hear it meets your vehicle specifications. I then made a telephone call to Mobil oil company. They informed me yes the Mobil super synthetic oil does meet my vehicle specifications , however the Mobil 1 hybrid oil is a premium oil which is formulated for the use in hybrid engines. The Mobil 1 oil offers better protection compared to the Mobil super synthetic oil.
I then made a telephone call to Craig explaining my situation. Craig sent me photos from oil barrel to assure me the oil meets my vehicle specifications . Yes I agree. I’m sure pennzoil manufactures an oil which meets my vehicle specifications too. Craig is missing the point 3 employees at Beachlers all assured me the requested oil is going to be used. I also mentioned to Craig I was in the process of purchasing the Mobil 1 hybrid oil and going to have the oil changed again today. Craig mentioned he would talk to the Mobil oil representative. Craig never offered to correct my concerns with me providing the oil. 25 miles later I had the oil and filter changed to the Mobil 1 hybrid oil I originally requested and believed I was receiving at Beachlers.
I would like to close with Brett’s philosophy on how a customer should be treated.
Simply take care of people
I do not feel Brett is practicing what he is preaching.
Here is my response to Brett’s remarks. I spoke with the same individual at Mobil oil corporation as you did.As I stated before yes your oil meets the require specifications. I am wanting to exceed the manufacture specifications. This is why I was insisting on Mobil 1 hybrid 0w20 oil from the beginning date of May 24th. For me to have the correct oil in my vehicle it cost me nearly $200.00 between your mistake and purchasing oil/filter and hiring another facility to change the oil and fill with Mobil1 Hybrid 0W-20 oil.

I am very impressed with their customer service! Honestly I haven't even met them in-person. I dropped my car off after hours and will be picking it up after hours due to my schedule, but best customer service I've ever received over the phone. Thank you Tyler! They got my air conditioner fixed must faster than anyone else could and I was happy with the price. They are not as close to my house as other auto-shops, but they've earned my trust and I'm sure I'll be back. Thank you!

The team at Beachler's did a great job fixing my GMC. Prior to checking out Beachler's, I went to the dealership twice to get the rotating noise I was hearing while breaking fixed and they the dealership said they couldn't hear it. It was so frustrating that they didn't take the time to figure out the problem. Beachler's did take the time and in doing so they earned a new customer for my car repair needs in the future!
