Just drove 20 minutes in a snow storm to get my key battery replaced & the guy closed the store 30 minutes early!! Then when he walked by the door and I was knocking he acted like he didn’t hear me. I always come here for my battery needs but this was ridiculous.

Great customer service---I would characterize it as unusual in today's world. Went in to get a watch battery replaced. it was a backup watch that I don't wear very oftern, so didn't remember that I had a lifetime warranty on that watch battery. The gentleman that helped me told me that I had a lifetime warranty---unusual honesty and fairness in today's business world. Great job! That's why I continue to there for all my battery related needs.

I came here a while ago because my iPhone 6S was not charging properly. I think it may have been water damaged from the recent rain. I dropped off my phone and went shopping around the Goodwill nearby. About 30 minutes later I came back and he said it may have been dusty and cleaned it off for me. He did it free of charge! He also showed me that it may have been dented and showed me how tilting the charging cord slightly allowed my phone to charge. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I got my key fob shell & battery replaced and the two employees were very helpful. It was also done for a reasonable price; I would have spent more if I had gone to the dealership. Highly recommend!

Always a helpful staff. Their batteries might cost a bit more but will outlast the other battery store in town.

Beware change of policy if you want to recycle batteries not free no more Are charging by the pound ! $1.85 a pound

Lawn mower battery I purchased here last summer lost its charge over the winter. Very helpful staff was able to get the charge back at no cost to me. Awesome service and support!!
