“Very knowledgeable, staff, high-quality products and service, including installation for what you purchase from them. Just a FYI they do not install some thing you have purchased somewhere else I do not find this as a negative I understand why. Conveniently. Yes, you can find the same product off of the Internet, but truck and stuff will install, which is a great service. I had a bed cover installed on my Tacoma pick up truck. They even showed me how to extend the life of the cover and what cleaning products to use I highly recommend them.”
“Although the battery that I needed wasn't in stock, I do feel that it's my duty to let this company know that an associate named Robert Norris was more than willing to install a battery (had it been in stock) for me. Prior to stopping by this University location, I stopped by the Prospect location & was denied installation of the battery that I purchased by an associate named Ryan, who leaned upon the counter w/sunglasses on. I ended up going to Autozone & having them to assist me. As soon as I pulled up, the Autozone employees were already outside helping other customers & had no problem helping me as well. Ryan should take notes from not only the Autozone employees, but Robert as well. Thank you, Robert for being willing to help me when I truly needed it!!!”
