Poor phone and chat customer service. Over priced propane. Sooo many fees for everything. You try to talk to people and no one knows anything. Just awful.

Worst company EVER, wish I had other options. I have tried for over a year to set up payment plans. Constantly told rest assure we will handle this. Only to not have them not take out payments and charge me late fees

We've been a customer of AmeriGas for 16 year we have a small house and a 250 gallon tank that we only have to fill up once maybe twice a year now all of a sudden they want a tank rental fee of $169 this has never been charged before our local office was closed and now any questions you call into ask are answered by what sounds like someone far away from me that has no idea what's really going on with my account and doesn't seem to care we were on a first-name basis with our local office now they're gone and we definitely miss them

Have consistently been told things that don't happen without multiple phone calls with numerous people including supervisors with no return to finally get it settled yet another problem with billing of something I was told would happen and did not..overall very dissatisfied!

If I have ever seen a company that deserves negative stars it would be this one. They left me with a repair that is not up to code. Won't get someone to finish the job. Set time frames and then dont respond. Any time you call customer service you get a different answer to anything regarding repairs or billing. They cancel orders without communication. Their customer service is so lacking that you should be prepared to spend hours upon hours on the phone, expect to get hung up on several times, and expect to still not have a solution to whatever you were trying to solve.

If I could give no stars just to leave a comment I would. We had a small tank last winter living in a camper so I called to get one for the winter again and they said they no longer can do the small tanks nor hook up to a camper. Also you call the number and it sends you somewhere out of the area that is just nut. I guess they will help the smaller businesses thrive

AmeriGas effectively models my propane usage and keeps our tank well supplied with no need for intervention from us. Their truck arrives, fills and departs with no disruption to our family schedules.

If I could give less than 1 star I would absolutely do that. Customer service is horrible and the company price gouges customers at every opportunity. They changed their emergency delivery policy without notifying customers too and would rather have them freeze in negative temperatures than actually do what they are paid for. Leaks found in tank? Don't worry, they will schedule times to come swap it that you have to be present for and then not show and act like they never scheduled the delivery. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
