Don't rent a unit from this company. They constantly raise the rates. It doesn't matter to them how long you've had the unit. They don't care. They are absolutely awful!!!

Been renting at this facility for almost 3 years. My padlock was cut, and one of the members of management called me to inform me of the situation. After reviewing the tapes they were able to catch the person who did this. Thank you for helping catch the culprit.

This place isn't worth the money. It's cheap and it shows. Units leak, infested with mice, and if you are 5 days late you get a $20 late fee. New management? Can't really tell the difference. Place is a dump and should be shut down. Better off leaving your stuff outside.
