Gate wouldn't open. Gate code was confirmed to be correct. Was told it would be 2 hours before I could get in.

Been renting at this facility for almost 3 years. My padlock was cut, and one of the members of management called me to inform me of the situation. After reviewing the tapes they were able to catch the person who did this. Thank you for helping catch the culprit.
