Went in on 10/16/24 to look for a m12 heated sweatshirt , I accidentally brought the floor model up but they were so kind and helpful , went to the back to look for my size and when they didn’t have it , they sold me the floor model on discount , that was so nice and I truly appreciate it , didn’t even have to ask 5/5 stars , ace is the place !

CALLED first to make sure they performed the service I needed. Drove there to learn that they do not. Unbelievable how bad the customer service is here. Never again.

It seems like they lost all of the knowledgeable staff. Now customers have to deal with employees with an attitude problem that act like they know but clearly are blowing smoke. Would be better off simply saying I don't know. Conner seems to be the worst, constantly giving out incorrect information. No reason to pay more and deal with clowns. This store used to be worth the extra cost for the personal service, good advice, product knowledge and small town feel. Not anymore!
