“This's a great place to have your vehicle service. They price is competitive with other places, however, they in my opinion stands alone as far customer service and détail on your repairs that are needed. For example I took my truck to another place here in Peoria where the work that I thought was fixed turned out to be half repaired. But Beaches techs discovered it wasn't repaired right. They had too re-do the work. Because I refused to take it back to the other shop who had not fixed my vehicle. At the end of the day. Beachlers by far is my first choice too do business with. ”

To begin he was a very cool and humble individual that was willing to help! Most people I went to gave me No’s with no additional information on who may have the tire I was looking for. When I originally made it someone had took the last tire of my size but as I was leaving he stopped me and had me wait a moment, to my surprise he had my tire! “I have nothing but great things to say about Neal tire! I had a flat tire this morning (not surprised because my bf had been saying for weeks to get all new tires- besides the point), and my friend was struggling to get the tire off. I had already made an apt with the shop to go in but had to call back to let them know that my tire wasn’t coming home. Rusty was so kind and came out to hammer it off for me! Took him a swing and a half and it was off! I took it to the shop and dropped off my keys and had it back within 2 hours! He was a delight to work with! All four brand new tires! Thank you, Rusty!!”
“We dropped our RV off across the street from this business and they were not able to do an alignment. They contacted Zach at BestDrive who went over to see if they could help, bringing our RV to their business. Unfortunately with the make of the RV they couldn't do it either and suggested calling dealerships. We found one in Morton that believes they can do it. Zach willingly drove our RV to the dealership in Morton to save us from driving from where we live in Chillicothe. Mind you, this wasn't even who originally got our business. I was absolutely amazed at their willingness to help and go above and beyond even when we didn't know they were a company. Bestdrive will definitely get our business in the future!!!”

“My favorite thing about this Sam's Club is that you can get fresh squeezed orange juice, something I can't find at other locations no matter how hard I look! I am pretty sure it is made in store and it's always so sweet and very addicting. Great selection of products, convenient location in town, and love the four berry sundae at the food court. Not a bad place to get tires either. I just wish this location had a gas station attached like other places to get the most out of our membership!”
“I went to have an alignment done on my 2001 Peterbilt, but they weren't able to do it. The previous attempt by another shop didn't replace my shims when taken apart. Best One didn't have the shims in stock. Klaus referred me to someone who could possibly get me in the same day and they were able to get me in. Many shops won't refer you to someone else, they just tell you to hang around a day and wait on parts. In trucking that is not always an option. Thank you very much for your help.”

Now we all know other places would of charged you the mechanics time. They showed me that there is honest people out there that aren't just out to make a quick buck, recommend them, honest place.”
