These people are broadcasting nonsense. I am a total novice to radios, but aspire to get into the hobby, so I bought some radios and went there to have them programmed. I was told they couldn’t do anything at that time but they would take my number and give me a call when the tech was back from lunch. I would have waited, but I went home and waited for the call that never happened. The next day I called and talked to a very nice guy that told me to come in and I could get set up for $500 or less depending on what I wanted, so the next day I once again drove to the store to be seen. Upon arrival I was told that it would be in excess of $800 to be seen and even after I stated that I’m a novice and just wanting to get into the hobby, they offered no help or solutions. Get online and get your FCC license for $100 for ten years or even Google “FCC licensing” and I was able to purchase a license along with a progressive training class and an instructor’s personal phone number that walked me through setting these radios up and was about the easiest thing I have ever done. The radios I purchased are available for $799 each on Amazon and I was told that at Supreme Radio Communications they would gladly sell me another for $950 each! Perfect! Well at least we know where our tax money goes because I’m willing to bet that this place is kept open solely relying on the police and fire departments. 0/10. This place is a complete joke. Thank you for wasting my time.

Techs are very helpful. Gail in the front lobby is friendly. John the repeater manager is nice. Manager John is nice and cleaning the slate for us. Thank you John!!! Sorry about the other review. Still love your radios. Thank you for understanding.
