I have been working with Helen Cox for years and am grateful for her expertise and the expansive knowledge base that she has. Also, her diligence in learning is apparent each time we connect as he has current information in mind/body/spiritual health and human development that is invaluable. Her networking in the communities of health providers, developmental experts, and neurokinesthetic communities creates invaluable opportunities for me in participation in workshops, and furthering my own expertise as a provider. I am so grateful for her support, therapeutic intervention, and relationship in our sessions as I do my own personal work. She facilitates and creates a safe milieu where I can safely self discover my own needs for personal and professional growth. The experts that she draws into our local area are gifts and I so appreciate how she connects all of us in invaluable experiences. I would highly recommend individuals explore the wealth of therapeutic opportunities, workshops, and resources in personal health care that Helen and Options Center offer. I have grown and developed immensely in working with her and participating in the seminars/workshops offered through Options. Her nutritional knowledge is expert and I am so happy to have opportunity to order supplement from her too. She reallycares about me and creates deep, respectful relationship.
