I hit a deer at the beginning of June and took my car here. They had my car for about a month or so which is expected. All in all D’s did an awesome job at keeping me updated every week about details of my car when my insurance wasn’t doing so. They made this process as easy as possible on their end and they made my car look brand new again. VERY pleased with their work, and how nice they are in general. About a year ago or so I had damage on the driver's front door and fender of my Jeep, took it to Ds and they done a Beautiful job.about 2 months ago I got front end damage on the front right side.and went back to Ds, very displeased this time.they had my vehicle a month.not pleased at all.but they are trying to make it right.Services: Painting

Told car would be ready in eight days. Delivered in 18 days.Paint on the trunk was scratched, tail pipe was not straightened, and trunk was out of alignment.In my opinion, the shop is second tier at the best

My car was involved in a fender bender. The insurance company said we could use D's. They were quick to reply to get the car assessed and got me in by the next month. Gave updates on how repair was going and I got my car back and it looked like brand new. They even detailed it for me inside and out! Will definitely use them again in the future if have any issues with our cars.

My Lincoln was hit when parked on a public street luckily the gentleman who hit me was polite enough to leave his information on my window. His insurance, Farmers took full responsibility and Ds did the work. I am very pleased with the work and now Abraham, Abe for short is back to looking top notch.?Service: Painting

It sucked they damaged my car when in shop didn't say anything I seen it when I came to get it and had to take it back for those repairs and all body work that was to be done for the accident were not finished very unhappy

I had an appointment Monday morning after hitting a deer Sunday. I am from out of town, and I believe I worked with Dave (I called to confirm since I thought it was Nick, still a little frazzled). He was extremely nice and helpful. While I couldn't use their service because my car would t be ready in time to drive it home today, I appreciated his honesty, advice, and understanding. As a result, I would recommend them and him in a heartbeat.

The repairs were not done on the first visit as they overlooked the damage. I needed to return for another 5 days of vehicle loss which will also cost about $450 additional care rental expense.Services: Painting

The communication was terrible. My car was returned with 2 service lights on and the side sliding door won't open with the push button. They estimated repairs would take a month, but they took 2 months and weren't done correctly. We had a previously good experience, but this experience was aweful. Beware! Look for someone else to fix your car.Services: Painting

I’m highly disappointed with D’s in the Peoria Heights. This is the only place I would take my vehicles for repairs however this time someone has really dropped the ball. I went to get some minor repairs to my hood/grill. They ordered my custom grill then called me to tell me they also need to order a new manufacturer grill because it was also damaged….. fine. Fast forward, I come to get my vehicle every thing looks great so I thank them and leave. Over the weekend my grill loosened up so I took it back, they repaired it in a couple hours. I got my vehicle back again and noticed the side of my bumper was now loose so John states they’ll order another bracket due to how fragile they are. Now it’s today and I’m being told they have to call my insurance company to see if they can replace the whole front bumper because it won’t go back on track. I’m getting screwed, my car looked better with the cracked grill. I now have a issue I did not have before I went and they’re excusing themselves out of the situation instead of fixing it the correct way the first time. I really stood by D’s quality but this experience has put a dark cloud over their name.……..15 Week Update: I was told I would get a call from Management and Still no call, but I see the owner is thanking people for a good review but will not reach out or respond to the ones they know are legitimate mistakes on their end. Save yourselves the headache and stay away from D’s because the quality is not there, good thing I have the funds to take my vehicle elsewhere to fix what D’s has damaged.(Final Update)….. once Dwayne got involved everything went up from there. Thank you for taking my issues into your hand personally. He called my insurance company and explained to them that there was damage that still needed corrected which ultimately got replaced at no cost for me. I’ve always believed in D’s which is why I was so confused about my issues not being addressed and corrected. This has brought my trust back and I will continue to do business with D’s. Thank you again Dwayne!!

A lawn care company at my work shot a rock out of their mower and hit my almost brand new car. I took it to D’s and they did a great job! My door looks perfect, you can’t tell there was once a big, deep hole. Everyone I talked to in person and on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making a stressful situation so painless! I will recommend D’s to my friends and family!
