This is advertised as a "hobby shop", but in reality it is RC cars and the like ONLY. Went out of my way to go by only to discover it's ONE type of hobby. Seems decent for their purposes, but as I am not part of that particular group of enthusiasts, I have no basis for comparison.

What a great place to visit! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They do not try to sugarcoat and push you in any particular direction. Wish every shop was operated this way. Honesty is so refreshing. Will be making all my RC purchases here and recommending anyone interested do the same. Thank you.

Central illinois RC car Mecca with carpet and offroading tracks. Staff is super friendly and passionate. Great fun for the whole family.

Nice building and track... Good selection of RC.The staff is not good at all.They all acted like it was a bother even being there.Not professional at allI will never go back.They advertise that they buy RC cars, I called and they mentioned one model they don't buy.I drove an hour with 5 different cars 2 brand new .. not even an offer. After they told me on phone to come over.

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt obligated to let people know that this place is great. All my local rc shops have closed in the springfield area. So I drove an hour to CRC and it was worth the trip. Everyone is insanely polite and helpful. They have several indoor tracks as well. I walked out with an Arrma Felony, and they WILL be getting more of my money in the future.

Great place! Knowledgeable and helpful staff, great selection of vehicles. Home to a competitive racing scene on their indoor off-road carpet track, with track layout changes every couple weeks. Also a big indoor crawler course and group outings for all the local crawling enthusiasts
