Joci has the Best Customer Service PERIOD. I had called in the am and Joci knew the situation and was willing to help me. I came 45 minutes before closing and still Great Customer Service.

Had to upgrade my phone, the teller was great at it. The 3 stars is for the fact the company just does not have the greatest selection of phones (atleast at the store I went to).

I had issues with my new phone. I was helped by Joci at the Boost Mobile in Peoria Heights, Il. She was cheerful and actually seemed happy to assist me. She solved my problem and wished me a good day. She is a perfect example of a hay customer service should k d be. A great face for Boost Mobile.
