Just doesn't seem to be well cared for. Old and worn. Bathroom is right off kitchen. Doesn't seem very sanitary.

Of the reasonably priced options in Morton, this was about the best value we could find. Plenty of space in the unit, garage available, and updated appliances. Clean, property management company easy to work with.
